We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. “NOAH is man! He was so patient and helpful for me! I had a cracked screen, a phone from an old carrier that I switched over to T-Mobile a year + ago.. I was logged out of all my Apple ID and since I had a cracked screen could not get into my online banking. Needless to say it was a nightmare! He helped me from start to Finnish. Helped me get the best deal possible, helped with apps that didn't even involve T-Mobile..all while helping other guests in the process! Also it was closing time. He didn't make me feel rushed or anything. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! I watched him solve so many problems for many people, staying totally professional and effortlessly gave wonderful costumer service. “I see some pretty bad reviews but I had them for 7 yrs without issue. My box went out once and an AT&T rep was right out to fix it. My bill would only go up a few dollars compared to the big boys who love the promotional game. Finally switched to go with Tmobile for $20 less a month. I have 4 teens too so we stream a lot. Only around 5pm would there be some lag but not too bad.”

“Came in to Verizon with my wife and 82 year old father-in-law today because my FIL got scammed and his phone got completely hacked. Christian helped us out and was the absolute coolest person of all time. Christian worked with us for hours, staying beyond his scheduled work time and going out of his way to help us with the minutiae of what was an extremely frustrating situation with the hack. I walked over and got the four of us a pizza and some sodas from Pitfire at the end, and we took this picture and thanked our lucky stars that Christian was our guy today. Thanks so much Christian!!”
