ZARA is a brand famous for ladies and gents clothes, known for fashionable and modern suiting that attracts a large crowd. Customers love the clothes, shoes, sandals, and styles. The perfume collection also receives praise for smelling amazing. Many find beautiful items, especially on sale, and note that helpful associates and great customer service are present, with staff there to help if needed. However, the experience can be inconsistent. The store is often very crowded, with too much rush and terribly long lines for everything on weekends and busy days—whether for purchasing, returns, or the fitting rooms, which frequently seem closed. The crowds can cause confusion between purchase and return lines, creating a painful process for customers. While the location has shown significant improvement in maintenance and staffing after a period of being understaffed and messy, customer service is still seen as an opportunity. Staff work very hard, sometimes dealing with rude customers while short-staffed through no fault of their own. For a better experience, visiting during the week is recommended in hopes of it being less crowded.
Always long lines. Only one or two registers open. Clothes are very small fit. Although I am medium, but always buy large. I don't understand the big hype about this shop. I am not going to go there any more.

A tall male staff member with colored/red hair was very rude and condescending. When I asked a question, he acted like I should already know the store and that helping me was a huge inconvenience. This location seriously lacks any understanding of customer service.

I don't know what happened to Zara, but poor quality items can tear even after trying them on.
The store itself is dirty and the collections are simply disgusting, the clothes, the girl who works in the fitting room hates her job
