“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“This place used to be called Callas Cosmetics & Gifts. But it is a good change as I like the new owner much more. This place is located conveniently in the square where Walgreen also is. It is also one of the few places that carry Shiseido products for both women and men. For those with particular skin needs, this place has great products to address those issues especially with lotions or special facial cleaners. The store owner is also quite nice. She gives out small gifts if you meet certain purchase levels. This particular owner is especially generous, so if you build good relationship with her, you will get many more small gifts and samples, which would go a long way. All in all, I find this place to have great selections of skincare products.”

“I visit this store when I travel to San Jose. The staff is pleasant. I recently ordered some shoes to be shipped to this store. I wasn't sure if I would be there to pick them up. They were quick to offer solutions to make sure I would get my shoes. My shoes arrived the day I was leaving and the staff was quick to let me know my shoes had arrived. Georgina was fantastic. “I have been buying from this store for a while now. My kids love this store and the merchandise. I find good deals. I loved working with Amber then I got to know Alejandro and Jay. They are so nice and sweet. They take their time to explain the deals and how the coupons work. I go back because of them. There are new employees that are weird. One asked me why I like working with Alejandro, to which I said because he is nice and explains the deals to me. He makes the effort to help my purchase go smoothly. For example, I didn't know about an expiration date for coupons because I didn't it read it. I think there are ways to say things. She said the same thing but in a different way like she didn't want me to use it. That's why I prefer to work with them and not the weird ones. They don't know me and don't even bother to get to know me. One of them was wearing a t-shirt with an offensive message: "I shave my balls for this." Anyone is free to wear whatever but if you use it during your working hours then you are representing Hot Topic while wearing it. Honestly, not appealing since there are many children at the store that read that message. MJ”

Jason helped me out and the process was super easy and painless. Afterwards, he helped me find shoes that were the right size. Overall, a really positive experience.”

“I really miss having a Nordstrom near me. We went to Valley Fair to see if my daughter could find a dress and we did. Still good service at this location. The fitting rooms are very nice. Inventory is low to average but that's just retail in general.”
“I bought a pant last week and it got broken with 10 inches long hole just after a day of my shopping. The store doesn’t accept any refund or exchanges!

Hally the consultant who helped me suggested the right size to order online and has helped me tremendously with any other questions I have had. I have asked her about several products for me and my brother and Hally has gone out of her way to help with several products that we purchased online and she answered any questions that we have had. Great experience here and talk to Hally if you want the best customer service!”
“Reiss is one of my current favorite brands for menswear.The clothing and design are simple yet sophisticated. Very modern and versatile for daily wear. I love the shirts, especially short-sleeve-printed button-ups. Their tee shirts are nice too. The staff here are super friendly and always welcoming. I've had multiple different team members help me on separate occasions. They try to communicate with the consumer, and for me, I've only had pleasant conversations. Reiss also has women's clothing. Check them out!”

I also spoke with one other person but neglected to document his name. He was also terrific. Great communication with all.
