“I visit this store when I travel to San Jose. The staff is pleasant. I recently ordered some shoes to be shipped to this store. I wasn't sure if I would be there to pick them up. They were quick to offer solutions to make sure I would get my shoes. My shoes arrived the day I was leaving and the staff was quick to let me know my shoes had arrived. Georgina was fantastic. I love shopping at this store.”
“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

The items are beautiful, from jeans, t-shirts, sweaters, etc. There are also various accessories. I really like long or short jeans, the cut fits and is comfortable to wear. Durable too. “This place used to be called Callas Cosmetics & Gifts. But it is a good change as I like the new owner much more. This place is located conveniently in the square where Walgreen also is. It is also one of the few places that carry Shiseido products for both women and men. For those with particular skin needs, this place has great products to address those issues especially with lotions or special facial cleaners. The store owner is also quite nice. She gives out small gifts if you meet certain purchase levels. This particular owner is especially generous, so if you build good relationship with her, you will get many more small gifts and samples, which would go a long way. All in all, I find this place to have great selections of skincare products.”
“I bought a pant last week and it got broken with 10 inches long hole just after a day of my shopping. The store doesn’t accept any refund or exchanges!

“Came in peak Saturday afternoon. There was a line outside the door but we didn't have to wait too long. We were assigned to Giovanni and immediately hit it off. He was very friendly and offered us beverages while we shopped. We were looking for a wallet and he was able to find the exact one we wanted. Giovanni was awesome. This was the best service I've had at YSL period. We've been to multiple locations in the states and this was the best experience of them all. Thank you G.”
“The first time I went here I def started to appreciate / understand the brand balenciaga cause I loved their LA runway show. After saving a lot of money I decided to come to this store and try on some new stuff. I was walking around but one particular SA gave me a weird look and acted kinda stuck up.it lowkey made me feel like, “ the rumors are true about all designer stores”. Although I repeatedly said yes I already made an account, this person said yeh… “you need to make a new account”… and in my head I was confused. Was it my outfit, was I not believable… , was it cause I didn’t look like I didn’t have money?? At the end of the day I ended up getting the item I wanted but I was not satisfied due to the customer service. It wasn’t until I ended up paying when this person said, “oh nvm”… like come on man seriously. The fact that you judge me from the start already makes you look like a bad person.
Second time I went a SA by the name of Evander was super super chill and informed me about every single piece that I glanced at. Did not judge me for what I was wearing and made me feel comfortable. I was hesitant to come to the store again but Evander definitely made me love the brand even more. He is a great person, authentic, and will help you even if you just want to try on clothes. There were two other people that helped him as well. The Asain male complimented me and made me feel confident and not so choked up. The other male was standing on the side making sure all my questions were answered. Evander also updated me every week about upcoming drops, sales, and just being a good sales associate.
In this day and age, I truly believe that it’s more than just clothes. It’s about connections and how you treat people. No matter what kind of background you’re from, how you look, we should all be able to be treated the same. I believe Clothes brings people together and you can def share a deep connection. But when you have one person that constantly chokes people, is judgmental, and just looks like an asshole, get that person outta there. I know this is just a review but what’s the point of treating people bad in the first place. Millionaire people wear normal clothes and drive normal car.

“TOY R US REVIEW: Sadly all Toys R Us stores are now located within a section of a Macys store. There's a Toys R Us section within the women & children's Macys at Valley Fair mall. It is located on the lower level. Obviously it's not as large as the Toys R Us stores of the past, but there is still a good selection of toys for all ages. They have all the name brands, like Legos, Hot Wheels, Barbies, etc. There weren't very many people around, so I pretty much had the store to myself. The sections were organized and neat. My only complaint is that not every item had prices marked on them. There is 1 price scanner at the very back corner of the store. Most of the prices were fair, but not as competitive as Amazon or Target.”
“Reiss is one of my current favorite brands for menswear.The clothing and design are simple yet sophisticated. Very modern and versatile for daily wear. I love the shirts, especially short-sleeve-printed button-ups. Their tee shirts are nice too. The staff here are super friendly and always welcoming. I've had multiple different team members help me on separate occasions. They try to communicate with the consumer, and for me, I've only had pleasant conversations. Reiss also has women's clothing. Check them out!”
