Worst store ever!! You’ll loose your trust in Verizon all together after going to this store. They have no idea about the policies and trade-in process, I made like 10s and 100s of visits to this store with no resolution to the issue which was caused because of their mistake during trade in. There’s incompetence all over in the store. Please refrain from going to this store if you want to save your time and retain mental peace.

Yasmeen has cheated us by not disclosing the price of Iphone 12 Pro max and kept assuring that all offers online are applicable in-store as well. She also recommended us to return the order if we are not satisfied. This is ultimate cheating we have ever experienced in United States.

Sweet gives you guys a good name. This lady saved me with her knowledge of the business but also, her kindness, awesome heart, and compassion! She is the greatest. Kudos to you Sweet!!!!!

Terrible store! Each time you visit, every employee will give you different information. Half the times the store is closed even on the so called open hours. Even if you come back at the time on sign, there is no one there. The representatives called Sweet and Sandra were nice, the one called Michelle was rude. None of these people are consistent with information, all representatives at this store will tell you different things about the plan. Came across some other customers at the store, who also mentioned that this store is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to an authorized Verizon store!

STAY AWAY. Incompetent staff. They added an iPad to my unlimited plan and screwed up. My bill for less than 2 month of unlimited service was in excess of $8400 which was taken out of my checking account. Verizon has acknowledged their mistake but it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles before they can refund my money (2 to 3 months). Victra wireless is a bunch of morons that refuse to take responsibility for their incompetent sales staff. Go to a company owned store if you want good service.

The experience I had at this store was phenomenal! I was treated so well by Arianna. I felt so welcomed and had all my questions addressed. She was quick with everything without making me feel rushed. She did an amazing job applying my screen protector to my phone, a job no one really wants to do but she has it mastered. She has such an awesome personality and is clearly a gem! I will absolutely visit this location again.

Service was Excellent if I would go back to Verizon I would go back to David he was extra patient and nice I have not go back to other retailers because of bad service and rude retailers but after help of David it went excellent thank you so much David for helping us

Michelle was very helpful. I went to the store to apply for a new 5G prepaid plan account as my old 4G sim was not working with my new 5G phone. Michelle walked me through the different plan options, helped me to setup the new account, helped me to port my existing phone number into Verizon, add and setup the new plan. I came into the store without any network and left the store 45 minutes later with a verizon 5G ultrawide network on a 5G phone and a big smile on my face. ???

I recently had to purchase a new iphone and Sandra helped me make the right choice. She answered all my questions (I am not comfortable with cell phones) and spent a great deal of time helping me navigate through the technology that I dread as a senior. She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and helped me understand the new phone and even transferred photos and set up my new email account. She also offered to help me with any future questions. I want to acknowledge her because I seldom experience customer service that is on the level of comforting and reassuring when I am shopping anywhere. She is an asset to Victra and the reason I will return for any future needs.
