Don't trust store opening times. It's set from 11:00 to 19:00, but no one is at work even when I go at 11:00, and when I go at 18:30, the door is locked and people are playing on their phones inside. I have personally experienced this 3 times.Also, they never apologized even though I visited again the next day because the service was not opened due to inexperienced staff. I really want to see the owner and see how this store is run.

Went in for sim car for X phone. Ended up buying I 15 pro. New iPad. New watch and covers cords and protectors for over 600 bucks. Plus added a line for new iPad. Only downside. Cover for iPad buttons didn’t work.

I visited the Rivermark verizon store sunday afternoonThe young woman that was behind the counter greeted me and said that she would be with me in a few minutes. Very happy, very polite and when I got my turn, I approached her and explained the situation. Knowing it was confusing and complicated. She was smiling the whole time her name is Crystal. She was smiling the whole time very happy to meet and help me. She must have sat there with me for 30 minutes. She was new, (she's only there 2 months )( I asked.)..trying to figure out how best to address my situation. When she didn't have an answer, she either called her manager or customer care. I spoke with customer care as well to verify my information.Crystal was exemplary.Customer service as we all know is horrible these days.It's nice to see someone who is actually happy to help and in the right position to do so..I hope she goes far in life because she certainly deserves it

I returned the new iPhone 15 pro to this store. 1 month later, Verizon still charge me the whole phone price - 1,010 dollar, and this Victra store refused to give me the refund.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!

Great experience! Needed help transferring from an old phone to a new one. No muss, no fuss, in and out in .5 hours (most of the time was me remembering passwords and the actual transfer time). Thanks Alberto for the great service!

This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I needed a new SIM card because my SIM card stopped working after a software update. I couldn't receive calls or txts. I expressed my concerns to them and from my understanding I thought it was going to be a short visit since Verizon should offer a free SIM card to Verizon customers. yet it took an hour to just tell me they can't help me and that I need to call customer service to get a SIM card even though I told them I couldn't call using my phone... The employee that was helping me was calling Verizon customer service too which i thought was weird. They weren't really communicating with me what they were doing and why they were calling customer service when they could've just gone to the back and given me a new SIM card . Ridiculous, I went to another Verizon location and got a new SIM card within 10 minutes. Please avoid this location if you're coming here to troubleshoot your phone. All they'll do is waste your time and just tell you to fix your own problems

My friends ordered two iPhone 13. from this place and was told they were on sale. They went in on 9/30 and spoke to a man named James. and was given a order summery of the order. (Sadly, no price was attached) Application number 243945640. They were giving a price of just over $600.00 each, and that the phones would be ready for pick up today 10/8/2022. I was with them when they called to see if the phones were ready. The person on the phone (A man, did not get his name) asked their name and phone number. He then put them on hold for a while. He then came back and said he was busy with another customer, and he was the only one in the store and would call them back. We were not far from the store, so my friends and I decided to just go in and wait. When we arrived 2 mins later, there was no one in the store but one worker (hmmm) The then checked their order and said he had two phone for them but there were just over $1000.00 each. When asked why they were told a lesser price when they first came in, the man said that he did not know why there were given that price and that there have been several customers coming into the store saying the same thing. (Why wasn't that a red flag on his end that maybe something there need to be investigated) He said they had to pay the higher price or no phones. So, my friends left. They will be taking their business elsewhere. Don't go here. This place is a SCAM!!!!

Horrible experience:1. The store staff told me that my home area have 5G home coverage, so I get the 5G Home internet.2. Found out it is 4G, canceled it and returned the device to this store and got the invoice of return.3. After 2 month, Verizon charged me $200 for not returning the device. The store staff claimed didn't tender any returned device.4. When I called the store to dispute, they rudely told me to wait for their callback without asking me for what phone number to reach me.Be aware of the promise they gave.The person tender my return device is Alberto G.

Updated! Arrived the 3rd time and the man said cannot find our order, called Verizon and the agent said he can definitely see the order goes to this store and the staff may “hide” it and want us to place the order again at this place so he can get some bonus? (exactly what he said) when the agent talked to him on the phone he still said no order??♂️wow pin is wrong??♂️we had nothing can do but leave with frustrationSee the latest 4-5 reviews are all one star, this store may have been taken over by some dishonest and irresponsible guy recently——————Arrived at Friday 5pm the door shows "go to lunch and back at 6pm", came back at 7pm and the store closed. I understand every one wants to fly away from work at Friday?, but your store info and the pick up ready email shows you will open until 8 pm. Verizon should update their employee handbook and add something like "don't skip work"
