“Oh my gosh! Zoey is AMAZING!!!! I live in Georgia, and I wasn’t due to fly in from Atlanta until 12/1/2023. There was a jacket that I needed, it wasn’t in stock online in my size, but they had a smaller size in the store. I asked Zoey (oh my gosh girl if I spelled it wrong I am so sorry lol) if she was able to see if there was a large. At first, the computer inventory said that they had a few, and she was almost sure that they had more. She stayed on the phone with me, went in the back to see if they had it. She definitely had to search for it, but what stuck out to me the most was her patience. Anyone else would’ve said that it wasn’t available, or just wouldn’t take the extra 3 minutes to just look for this item. She was very polite, kind and sweet! You’re the best Zoey! “This was my first time shoe shopping at JD, and I was worried about the level of service after reading so many negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and this was all because of Bryson. He saw me and my wife from a distance and sprung into action and asked if there was anything he could help us find. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and even options I had no idea were available when it came to colors and styles. He worked quickly and efficiently while multitasking and helping other customers as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the way Bryson handled my shoe shopping needs. I think the value here is great as well, $100 for a pair of classic Adidas Sambas, that are pretty hard to find anywhere else. The cashier was very nice too, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Overall, my experience at JD was great, and I'll definitely come back the next time I need some sick kicks! Once again, I gotta give a big shout out to the main man Bryson, you're lucky if he's there when you're at JD sports.”
