Anthony in the office was very helpful on checkout and went above and beyond in allowing short notice to end the summer storage contract and also kindly offered to recycle a couple of used flat boxes for me. 5 Stars!!”
“AMAZING TEAM and Service! The rates are fair for the market. The facility is clean. I would like to mention just how amazing the manager Julia Stewart is. As many people know moving and storage can be stressful. When I put many of my things in storage, I had accidently left a blue gym bag out in front. I didnt event realize it was missing (yet). When I came back in a couple months, Julie walks out and says "I have been waiting for you to get this back to you." Seriously that's amazing. So thoughtful and kind. Thank you Julia! Also I have to mention Julia's team as everyone there is quite friendly and very responsive.”

“One of the best experiences I ve had with storage units so far. The property manager helped me get everything set. Also I ended up breaking the key in the lock and they took care of the lock getting cut within 1 day which was Sucha relieve because the move for me was very stressful. Also she helped me clean up the glass that I broke. Over all a 5 star service.”
“Update: managed to get in touch with Farshid who was super helpful in sorting out our issues and enabling a smooth check in.Initial review: I was assigned an unclean unit for our move-in, which had ants and spider webs everywhere. Unfortunately, since it's a self-service unit, there's no one available to assist with cleaning.”

“***UPDATE: It's been like 5-6 years since we trusted El Camino Self Storage for the very first time and decided to place our belongings there (so we are like regular customers now :) ) and... I have no idea what happened that some of the reviews are so negative about one of the honest, most kind and most professional person at that facility!!! (I honestly think someone got upset and asked their peeps to follow them to post those fake reviews as we never ever experienced nothing but amazing service and approach from Jeanette and her Team!) And let me quickly explain my such appreciation for Jeanette and the El Camino Self Storage Team! They were always extremely supportive and even in the hard time for me and my Family when I lost my job, Jeanette as a manager was in touch with me and kindly responding to each my message showing her empathy and understanding! Again - never ever felt ignored, never ever felt like I'm another number on their storage unit list, never ever left alone nor without the professional approach!! Always got a reply to my questions, always within just 24h, and every single time it was such a pleasant experience!! The facility is clean (since moved there), very well managed and... I remember during the Covid time we were always reminded about using masks and all precautions even within our own storage area!! (again in very polite and professional way!) No complains here at all!! Also... let me tell you something - I truly adore Jeanette patience as she and her Team have to deal with all "Karens" in the world and what I noticed they do that with their biggest smile trying to make everyone comfortable no matter what!! So just show them respect and understanding for their hard job instead judging just by some irresponsible reviews or behavior like whole world belongs to you or those reviewers!! ***just in case - I'm not related to any of the El Camino Self Storage employees neither to Jeanette, I'm just speaking up as a long lasting customer of this facility right here!! Very happy customer in a fact!! Keep going Jeanette and don't get discourage by those who are trying to take advantage of you or your Team!! You are doing great job and together with my hubby we are very thankful and happy with your service!!”

“Very positive experience. I actually had problems with Uhaul.com and the 800 number, but the staff was really good about fixing them. It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”

“Big location lots of trucks and vehicles to rent...if use this location if it's local for you because we reserved a vehicle at a small nearby U-Haul facility and they just made us come here....was a waste of time trying to get it close to our home I suggest cutting out the middle man....??”
