“I needed to get my ring resized. In addition, it had chipped and the setting was compromised. I was given the different options and decided to have the ring repaired and resized. The owner needed to add more gold to the band to repair the damage.
I got the ring back a couple hours later looking as good as it did 22 years ago.

“The employee Carlos is very friendly and passionate about watches, as he told me about how much of a good watch I had and helped replace a missing pin in my watch within a small amount of time. Plus, he made sure the time was correct and told me about how my watch is solar-powered, which I didn't know before then. We even had a nice chat about why he got into the profession by repairing his friends' watches in his garage. So I wouldn't mind seeing him again if my watch gets broken again.”
