“Fatima Bazaar has become my go-to for catering, especially for gatherings where I want to impress. Specializing in authentic Egyptian and Mediterranean cuisine, this restaurant consistently delivers high-quality dishes that captivate every guest. I typically order their mixed grill for events, and it’s always a highlight. The hawawshi is perfectly seasoned, the mombar is a delightful delicacy, and the beef kabab is tender and full of flavor.

What truly sets Fatima Bazaar apart is their reliability. They ensure timely delivery and thoughtfully provide hot containers, keeping every dish fresh and ready to enjoy. Their prices are quite reasonable, particularly given the unique, halal offerings that showcase traditional flavors. For anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience at their next event, I highly recommend Fatima Bazaar’s catering services. They truly elevate any gathering with their exceptional food and professional service.”

“Reviews for their tacos only. We had their taco platter tray delivered (24 tacos) of pollo and carne asada. I only had the carne and they were tasty. Yes, some grizzle, but enjoyed them and the salsa had a kick I did not expect!”

“Went there today to get out of the rain (I was on my bike) went in and looked, they have a lot of neat things! I got some smoked beef to try and the guy working there was kind to a fault. He took a couple of candy bars and put them in my bag, then I saw one with hazelnut and offered to trade those two for that one, and he put that one in and insisted I take all three. Which brings me to...Bananko. You must try this. It's a banana candy bar. It's long and curved like a banana, made of a sort of yellow marshmallow and dipped in dark chocolate. But it gets better - it's got that "banana" flavor which if you're a 60s/70s kid like me, will give you a very nostalgic feeling. And the texture is almost like a banana - almost juicy. It is simply not to be missed.”

“This is such an amazing part of the Lawrence Station community! I love having a grocery store within walking distance and this Nob Hill is so pleasant and safe. The workers here are delightful and so helpful whenever you have issues. They recently upgraded the checkout machines too. I love the monthly raffles they have set up and it's so cute they let kids have free fruit. Never once have I had a negative experience in the last four years I've been frequenting this Nob Hill. And they have a filtered water fountain if you need to refill your water bottle on the go! Lots to love about this Nob Hill.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting Sprouts Farmers Market last December, and the experience left me thoroughly impressed with the quality, variety, and overall atmosphere of this favorite market. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that Sprouts is committed to providing a wholesome shopping experience that goes beyond the ordinary. The first aspect that caught my attention was the vibrant and inviting layout of the store. The well-organized aisles and neatly displayed products made navigation effortless, creating a pleasant and stress-free shopping environment. The emphasis on fresh produce was particularly noteworthy, with an extensive selection of locally sourced fruits and vegetables that were not only visually appealing but also of exceptional quality.”

“This Whole Foods rocks a produce section as good as some of the biggest and best Hmart supermarkets with far more organic options. I saw a huge diversity of fruits that (when I took some home) were sweet and ripe. I didn't buy any vegetables this time, but the selection looks impressive too. Many Americans ignore fresh produce and go straight for the unhealthy processed junk food, so I've been disappointed with the meager produce section in many Whole Foods locations across the country. But this location suffers from none of that and you're actually spoiled for choice!

One thing I really like are the prepared meals--they're healthy and convenient for busy tech workers. A good alternative to meal delivery.

My favorite Whole Foods in the whole country!

Update: Please add more Asian fruit. I love Korean pear, sand pear, dragon fruit, persimmon, oriental (Korean) melon, longan, jackfruit, and durian! Also, maracuya would be nice too.”

“Small local grocery store with groceries from India and Middle East. I would recommend it specifically for those items. I like their spices. I would not recommend their fruits/vegetables. They are not bad, but price/quality ratio is better at Safeway or a similar, larger supermarket.”

“This is a massive Safeway in Rivermark in North San Jose. The store area is massive and it is very well lit. The staff are friendly, and they know what to find where. The store itself has clearly labelled sections. There are a large number of billing counters. Parking is available nearby in the free parking lot. Highly recommended.”

“Good experience. I recommend they're Brookie and they're chocolate dipped cookies and the sandwiches are delicious but I would avoid the crunch bread as it's so dry it seems stale.”

“I stop by here at least twice a week before work, right at 5AM-5:10AM. They're always open on time and the employees are all busy at work. Some have their airpods on and keep to themselves and you can tell which ones are the social ones just talking about random stuff. The employees are very diverse and the age gap is pretty big. They're always stocking up in every department and keeping everything clean and organized. Of course during the morning there's plenty of parking but I still imagine even during the rush hour Rivermark Plaza still has plenty of parking. It's shared with a ton of businesses so it can accommodate that. One little hiccup is when I went to buy a couple quest bars the cashier immediately said we don't have enough cash for cashback. I didn't want any cash but it didn't really matter. Just caught me off guard. There's also a Wells Fargo just a stone throw away anyways. Overall very clean, bigger than normal selection and everything is organized. Props to the Director and Managers.”

“Lucky's is my regular grocery store. I go to Safeway every now and then, Although they're produce seems to be a bit better than Lucky's, overall it seems that I get a better deal set Lucky's. Either way, both stars have their plus and minuses. And of course they differ somewhat in the brands they carry. With prices soaring everywhere around us, if you want to save some money, whichever store you go to It is well worth it to spend some time and go through the ads with their online app and the specials and the digital coupons that you can only get credited for if you click on them in the app. As well as store coupons. If you take some time to go through them you can easily spend $100 each trip, but I find that I end up with a savings of at least 30% or more if I stick to my shopping list. And then you get a few more coupons paper coupons from check out or you can save $1 to $10 more on your next trip. And if you take the survey mentioned at the bottom of the receipt, it's a little lengthy but you get 5% off on your next grocery store run on top of everything else. On my last trip my bill was $140! Yet, I only paid $95.00! My car got a good drink with the $45.00 I saved.”

“Amazon lockers are conveniently located at this Safeway. It's hidden on the side closest to the donuts and bagels. With all the porch thefts happening in our neighborhoods, I think it's best to be on the safe side. Placed my order on Sunday and picked up my order here yesterday with no issues. Then, went grocery shopping right after. It's a win-win!”

“ANGELA in DELI DEPTThis review is strictly for Angela in the Deli dept. I was in the area so I stopped in and impromptu decided to get some Mac n cheese. Angela helped me. She was so sweet. At the last minute, I asked if they had more potato wedges and she was so kind to offer to make more! I felt bad but she insisted they needed to make more anyways. What a kind and sweet lady! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable with my request. Also, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face! Actually, of the ladies I saw, they all looked happy to help customers! Thank you, Angela!”
