It's incredibly disheartening to share my recent experience with your store's customer service. Frankly, I was appalled by the level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction that I encountered.Despite notifying your staff and calling the store 30 minutes ahead of time, ensuring that I would be able to pick up my already paid-for shoes before closing time at 9:00 PM, I arrived at 8:59 PM only to find the store dark and closed. Meanwhile, neighboring stores were still open and serving customers diligently.To make matters worse, rather than assisting me as a customer, your associates, namely Issac and Kasandra, saw fit to call a security guard. As I stood at the front door, hopeful for some resolution, I made the mistake of calling the store, only to have my concerns met with a complete lack of interest. They simply hung up on me, leaving me feeling utterly disrespected and disregarded.It is of utmost importance that I bring to your attention the completely unacceptable behavior displayed by your associates, particularly Issac and Kasandra. Their actions not only reflect poorly on the Valley Fair Mall but also cast a shadow over the reputation of the Ecco company. I sincerely hope that you will reconsider hiring individuals who demonstrate such a blatant lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.I strongly urge you to take swift action in addressing this matter. It is crucial to rectify the behavior of your staff and implement measures to prevent future customers from experiencing similar mistreatment. Upholding the highest standards of customer service is vital to protect the reputation of both the Valley Fair Mall and the esteemed Ecco company.I trust that you will give my feedback the attention it deserves and take the necessary steps to improve your customer service practices. Your customers deserve better treatment and a more respectful experience.

Came in to ask about returning my shoes that cause a lot of pain and to my surprise the gal was willing to help me out and see what can be done about it. She spent time looking for my receipt and helped me with a refund because they hurt. I ended up with a new pair and was very satisfied. Many customers were not wearing masks and impatient but I was satisfied.

Came from Gilroy area because the outlet did not have what I was looking for. After Covid-19 shopping is extremely different and I appreciated the staff still wearing their masks. Other customers were in the store and I was greeted and the associate asked me after letting me look what I was in for. I finally visited the mall after a year and needed new sandals and work shoes. To my surprise, I was able to order them shipped to my house and did not have to pay for shipping. Another customer waiting to pay was impatient and rushing the associate even though he was helping me. Glad to see the shop make it through Covid-19 and still be able to adhere to safety procedures that make customers feel more comfortable. Surprised to see retail associates still able to help customers and not give up given difficult situations and customers alike.

Love going shopping here. The employees are always so helpful and super nice. Better service than I have even gotten from high end shops. We felt very welcomed there and would definitely be coming back. I asked for wide for my husband which the associate said they won't sell W but informed us to give it a shot because Ecco's may run bigger than other brands. Good to know the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help.

Super friendly staff! I've been a long time fan of ECCO shoes, and thought of getting my wife a pair for Christmas. I wasn't sure what to get but Genesis made the process so much easier and helped me find a pair of boots that my wife ended up loving. Definitely recommend.

Came here to do online returns and the staff did not give me a hard time. Tried to order different sizes for me too. The mall was very empty and masks were required which is a good thing.

The service at ECCO was very accommodating and friendly. I was helped out a lot in fitting shoes and trying to find a good fit under the European shoe measurement. Despite not purchasing shoes here with my parents, they were still encouraging to try breaking in a pair of shoes there or not force buying it if it was too uncomfortable. Recommend finding shoes here if they are a good fit as you can find friendly help there.

Nice shoes but terrible service ?My fiancé and I visit the store to get a pair of shoes for wedding. 3 staff were there but no one greeted us. Some were even on their phones.Hope the next visit would be better.

I love my ECCO shoes, I have been using them for over 20 years. I came back to this store because of the wonderful service That I received last time. But after today I won't come back because of the indifference and condescending service that my wife and I received.

I love shopping at Ecco! Every time I go, the workers are so welcoming and friendly. Once, I had a few online returns to process and the workers were doing the best they could to get it done ASAP, but as always, you can't please everyone so the customer behind me ended up leaving. The team was able to take my return back and help me either exchange for the right size or refund for what I couldn't find in the sizes I needed. With all that's going on in the world, please remember to be kind - everyone is going through something and everyone is doing the best they can to make things work, especially retail/service/front line workers.

I LOVE ECCO SHOES!! Not to mention, the staff here are all so incredibly friendly and patient! I personally worked with Sushie who let me try on so many different shoes and heels and worked with what I wanted. Even though I tried on about 100 (give or take) pairs, she never once complained or made me feel like I was being a burden by all of my requests. Literally, she was so patient with me and worked with me to help me find what I was looking for. If this doesn't speak volumes to the staff and management of this company, I don't know what does. You will never get this type of service anywhere else. If you want AMAZING quality in footwear PLUS an overall great buying experience, definitely check out Ecco and ask for Sushie (or really any of the staff because they're all super kind and patient!)
