They have very comfortable shoes, but their staff definitely need more training, they have just been chatting instead of helping us.

Super friendly staff! I've been a long time fan of ECCO shoes, and thought of getting my wife a pair for Christmas. I wasn't sure what to get but Genesis made the process so much easier and helped me find a pair of boots that my wife ended up loving. Definitely recommend.

Came here to do online returns and the staff did not give me a hard time. Tried to order different sizes for me too. The mall was very empty and masks were required which is a good thing.
