so i placed a reservation for a auto transport with uhaul, 2 months in advanced.
3 days before my trip and they couldnt get me one!!
so im freaking out
so i look and call penske and they said they have an auto transport for me with just 3 days notice of my one way trip!
thanks penske! you have earned a new customer from uhaul who is never looking back!
so i just completed the trip, and the vehicle and transport were flawless!!!
the 16 foot penske truck only had 26K miles on it, and i babied it for a while (didnt run AC etc) but in AZ it hit 110 and i gave in and guess what? the truck temp didnt budge at all blasting the AC in 110 degree AZ weather, and it never went past 210....
i am so happy with penske and thank you for saving our one way trip and move!
its so stressfull to move and make all these arrangements.
its so cool to see that penske has an equipment gaurantee.
what does uhaul have? excuses and "too bads".

“Big location lots of trucks and vehicles to rent...if use this location if it's local for you because we reserved a vehicle at a small nearby U-Haul facility and they just made us come here....was a waste of time trying to get it close to our home I suggest cutting out the middle man....??”

It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”
