It seems most other branches do not carry the basic towing stuff like hitches, wiring, ball hitch etc... I called to confirm just in case then placed the online order for pickup a few hours later. We drove up to Campbell and were greeted by Steve who was both knowledgeable and welcoming. He had everything ready for us and we were on our way. I installed the hitch myself and it fit perfect.”

“Best Uhal location that I've been to! I almost went to the one closer to my house, but it was worth paying for the extra few miles! We were confused on part of our return of our van rental, but Angie was incredibly patient with us and talked us through the details. Overhearing the few customers in front of us, I could tell that this 1st of the month on a holiday weekend was proving to be a stressful day, but even though we were near closing time, Angie was energetic, incredibly attentive, and made sure that we were well taken care of!Overall, I was very impressed by how organized and well maintained the lot and store is. There were a lot of well placed and useful items to purchase, and plan to get all my moving supplies here next time! The place was spotless! I was also surprised to get someone on the phone so quickly when I called to make changes to my reservation. In less than 2 minutes everything was taken care of and my pick up went very smoothly. When I arrived, I was feeling a little bit dizzy from the heat and the long drive, the person helping me out noticed my discomfort and brought me a bottle of water. This was so kind and helped me feel better. When checking out, everything was explained to me clearly, and I felt confident that I had the best price and value for my purchase. The staff here is so customer oriented I felt like I was checking into a hotel instead of picking up a rental van! They sincerely care about the quality of work and it shows that they take pride in their workplace. I think this speaks to the quality of management, and great skills and personalities of the team members at this location!”

As they open at 9:00 am, but system allowed me to book at 7:00 am that wasted 2hr of time. But over all experience good because of friendly staff. Andy is very friendly and helpful, and was able to get me a great truck to rent for the weekend (no way my SUV could fit the things I needed). It sounds like after COVID they had a lot of trouble getting up and running because of a lack of trucks especially - funny enough this is exactly what most people complain about!I'll definitely be back because new management under Andy is great. Most of this stuff comes down to who runs the place and Andy does great. I'm all for supporting local business owners and it's clear Andy's been hard at work trying to fix the reputation here :)I've only ever had trouble renting from Budget (or Avis?) when I try to do something last minute. My recommendation would be to try and book in advance as much as possible - and to be flexible if you're going to book last minute!”
