“This place is great and I told Kien, he is such a nice guy. Great customer service. Long story short, I got into my first accident in 35 years. Not knowing what to do or how my insurance would handle everything. So this may be giving a good review to State Farm too. But State Farm got me a rental and recommended Fix Auto on their preferred list, me never having heard of them. But right from the start, their customer service and level of support was top notch, letting me know what they were doing, needed to do, time frame, etc. When I went to pick up the car when done, they even said it was okay if I drove and dropped off my rental car there and they would take care of it. My car was fixed right and looks great. They work well with you, the insurance company and the rental car place. Getting into an accident sucks, you know it does. But Kien at Fix Auto alleviated so much of my problems and stress about it all, by working with all of the entities involved. Thus, I am giving 5 stars ( I would have given more if allowed to) and a clear recommendation.”

“I happen to find Premier based on google reviews 5⭐️. I brought my car in after my insurance company gave an estimate. The owner Scott and his guys did an estimate, double what my insurance company said. I couldn’t believe how wonderful this shop is. Scott and his team of magicians got the car put back together in a better than factory new condition. I’ve had experiences at other shops and hands down Scott is the best, don’t go anywhere else for your collision work needs. All details are covered by Scott with all the high tech laser paint scanner to the factory spot welders frame machines that put your car back on the road. Scott is incredibly thorough explaining and showing photos of all the work. If I could give a higher rating I would, 5 platinum stars for Premier!”

“Residents of Willow Glen and Almaden are extremely fortunate to have a neighborhood auto mechanic like LGB Auto. I was convinced that all the honest mechanics had disappeared a long time ago. But the owner of LGB is straightforward and honest on the work that needs to be done. I've used him since his business opened a number of years ago for both of my family's cars. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of his service including price, turn-around-time and quality of workmanship. The owner really knows his stuff and is totally straightforward to deal with. I recommend him highly and without any reservation.”
“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. Thank you again Hybrid Experts!”

“I found Chet’s on Google maps. Walked in and spoke to Vu, he was very friendly and informed me to schedule an appointment. I called few days later and scheduled one. Came in, he was very helpful and did a quit reading of the check engine codes and explained what I should do. Very friendly and professional interaction. My issue was resolved w/o needing to bring the car in, thanks to his suggestions.”

“I got my tires rotated and the person who helped me was so nice. He was very quick, efficient, skilled, and thoughtfully inflated my tires too. The cost was the same as getting it serviced at Costco Tire Center but theservice was far better quality. I didn't catch his name but my car drove more smoothly after he rotated the tires (the previous shop must have screwed up the rotation). Give him a good tip. This service is far better than anything you’ll fi d at Costco Tires Store.”

“I recently visited Master Automotive for some routine maintenance and a few repairs on my Porsche and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the Wade(owner) friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and even provided a few tips on how to better maintain my vehicle.
The quality of the work was outstanding. My car runs smoother than ever, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. What really stood out to me was the honesty of the mechanics. “Very friendly staff that are always helpful and professional. My tire pressure alarm was on while driving on the high way, and they quickly asked someone checking up on my tires. After a thorough but efficient check, it turned out to be the pressure sensor just got disturbed and there was no need to fix the tire. They didn't end charge me anything!
