Electronic warnings indicated front brake replacement as well as oil service. Bruk (owner) confirmed dashboard faults and ordered parts. Upon return for service the following day (and disassembly) he observed only the SENSOR was bad, not the brakes. I left with the oil change and a new sensor, thrilled.”

It really gave me peace of mind when he assured me that all replacement parts were being ordered directly from the original manufacturer.
The team also made the entire process incredibly convenient. They handled everything, including taking me to the car rental and coordinating the return once my vehicle was ready.
Gabe was also very kind and helpful. He made sure I was able to get my rental car from the location before leaving and checked that everything was taken care of.

“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. “I highly recommend this car shop and Vu is a really honorable man. I have been taking my cars to this shop for regular oil change and maintenance in the past many years. They have been taking great care of my GLC300 for the last 4 years and my VW CC for the last 6 years. The service is always dependable, honest, and thorough. Their prices are very reasonable, and I really trust them to do the right work without overselling. It is rare to find a shop that combines quality service with fairness and integrity. Definitely a five-star experience.”

“We had two dents repaired on our Rivian — one large and one smaller — and were referred to Jason Kahl of Precision Body Workz. Jason and his colleague Mario did outstanding work using the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method.
They brought the panels back beautifully, keeping nearly all the original paint intact. Given the size and location of the larger dent, it’s impressive that only a very small area at the seam had minor cracking.
Jason was responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend Precision Body Workz for anyone looking for expert dent repair.”

“I got my tires rotated and the person who helped me was so nice. He was very quick, efficient, skilled, and thoughtfully inflated my tires too. The cost was the same as getting it serviced at Costco Tire Center but theservice was far better quality. I didn't catch his name but my car drove more smoothly after he rotated the tires (the previous shop must have screwed up the rotation). Give him a good tip. This service is far better than anything you’ll fi d at Costco Tires Store.”

“Very friendly staff that are always helpful and professional. My tire pressure alarm was on while driving on the high way, and they quickly asked someone checking up on my tires. After a thorough but efficient check, it turned out to be the pressure sensor just got disturbed and there was no need to fix the tire. They didn't end charge me anything!
