“I happen to find Premier based on google reviews 5⭐️. I brought my car in after my insurance company gave an estimate. The owner Scott and his guys did an estimate, double what my insurance company said. I couldn’t believe how wonderful this shop is. Scott and his team of magicians got the car put back together in a better than factory new condition. I’ve had experiences at other shops and hands down Scott is the best, don’t go anywhere else for your collision work needs. All details are covered by Scott with all the high tech laser paint scanner to the factory spot welders frame machines that put your car back on the road. Scott is incredibly thorough explaining and showing photos of all the work. If I could give a higher rating I would, 5 platinum stars for Premier!”
“2022 Supra A91 CF edition 1 of 600. Extremely delicate phantom matte grey paint. Went to 30+ high-end body shops in the bay area to get my carbon fiber hood and trunk (spoiler holes) fixed. 99% of the shops refused to work on the trunk/hatch and most of them seemed hesitant to color match the matte paint. Price is extremely fair. Definitely not expensive. Save 10% for regret or just go here. Ask many supra owner which of my panels were repainted and they couldn't tell the difference, just to show the level of this shop. Truly surprised and amazed at the final product. Tony always picks up the phone. At first I didn't really care about customer service but I realized I don't want to go to the shop that doesn't want my money. They don't BS you here. "No that's not a good idea" = don't do it. If they can work on this car with 4 different type of antennas in the rear and paint match it to this level then you can bring any of your cars here. Sleep well at night not worrying about having to go back to complain etc”

“My Toyota FJ Cruiser’s hood paint deteriorated after more than a decade of UV exposure. Bloom Autos repaired and repainted the hood, both fenders, and the hood front molding, transforming my car to look brand new! They completed the job in two business days, exceeding the four-day estimate. Their work quality and efficiency were impressive, and they surprised me by washing and cleaning the car inside and out as well! Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend Bloom Autos!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking for a fair, efficient, and friendly auto-body shop! The team did a fantastic job repairing severe damage to my front bumper and went above and beyond to make sure it was fully repaired by removing the glue residue that had solidified on the bumper, hood, and headlight. They even made sure to clean the inside of the car and filled up my tires with air. Camila at the front desk is great. They are a trustworthy company and I will be going back if I ever need any additional repairs done.”

“My son bumped his car against mine, and my car is dented just above a rear tire. I asked around quotes, and got about $3,000 estimates from a few body shops. I sent an estimate request on Yelp. The Great Auto Paint was the 1st body shop that responded to my request, and gave me about $1,400 estimate. Also, I only needed to leave my car was for 2 days, so the impact on my business was small. Today I picked up my car, and their work was beautiful. I'm so happy that I could find this shop. I strongly recommend this shop to my friends.”

“I was referred to John after my 2013 SL550 was serviced by Mercedes Exclusively which is next door. I had some bumper work that needed to be done as there was PPF damage when it was removed and it took off some of the paint, not at all related to Santa Clara Autocare. I had tried to fix it myself and put a rubber bumper guard over it, but it never really looks OEM and it bothered me. I had received quotes in the past, but it was only for a new bumper and it was over $2,000! I was so happy to have met John who was honest, upfront, and timely! They removed the rubber bumper guard, sanded down the affected areas and then resprayed the paint to perfectly match the existing color, they are truly paint experts. The car look better than when i purchased it CPO and so happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend John and his team for any body work that needs to be done as they are great and well priced. THANK YOU SANTA CLARA AUTOCARE!”

“I had 2 cars repaired here recently. For the first one, I also got a quote from another nearby body shop, and found that the price at International Auto Center was significantly lower. In both cases, they did a great job with the repair, on schedule, and within the quoted price. The people who work there are very nice. Highly recommended.
Note: They charge 4% extra for credit or debit cards, but they gladly accepted my personal checks.”
“Have been there twice for tune ups, one time also requiring a patched tire. Staff is always kind and helpful while I wait. They have free wifi and coffee so I can still get work done while there. Car is always finished and washed in 2 hour or less, even on their busiest days.”
“My car wouldn't pass smog because the catalytic converter was old and full of carbon. When I pulled up and explained my plight, Armando told me he would check to see if he could find a catalytic converter that would fit my car, a 1997 Saturn SL2. He said he could get one delivered in about 20 minutes and have me back on the road within the hour. He found me a chair, removed my old catalytic converter and showed me how it was caked with carbon. He explained that all old cars burn a little bit of oil and that causes carbon to build up in the catalytic converter. It doesn't cause the check engine light to come on because it can still work on the exhaust gases, which was true because the only thing my car was failing was the hydrocarbons which was caused by all the carbon build-up. When the part arrived, he quickly and efficiently went about installing it. I was out in less than an hour and my car passed smog with flying colors. Armando saved the day!”

“I brought my 2022 Tesla Model Y after a hit-and-run 2 days before Christmas and worked with Sonny. Sonny was very professional, courteous, and willing to help with the damage I sustained. I was able to get an estimate and make an appointment to drop off the car. They even helped with providing all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company(which was also Tesla) since they are a Certified Tesla body shop. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for repair but actually took about week. They were really fast and Sonny kept me in the loop of the progress. The repairs were excellent and can't even tell someone hit it. I only had to pay my deductible as the insurance took care of everything else. Awesome, awesome job guys. Thank you.
