Jake and crew at RAD bikes were fantastic! Got us all set with our Rad Runner 3 bikes. We were able to take our family of 6 all over the place on our big road trip with these bikes!! We never had an issue once. So glad we have them! SB Rad bike crew were super helpful!

Getting a Rad bike was a huge life upgrade. Buying it from this shop was the best -- from the test ride, help with essentials, and then later when I brought it in for the free tuneup and got a lot of amazing help that went beyond. Lovely people.
