Jerry at the front desk makes the whole checkin process smooth and professional and more importantly they want to know you and your plans for your car. I’ve been to a lot of repair shops and this was the first time I have had my car fixed for less than the estimate. Great people, fair prices and really good service.”
“Price was a bit pricier than I was expecting as I was looking for a discount oil change place. Nothing elaborate or expensive. Just replace the old oil with new oil (and filters) and go. Service was quick and I didn't need an appointment. Staff was friendly and engaging. I will be coming back here if I can't get an appointment at my usual mechanic (as was the case this time).”
“They had the lowest price I could find online for floor mats using google shopping. Ordered without submitting the VIN and after submitting saw the banner stating "VIN required". So I called them and the guy in parts department got the order processed without the VIN. He said it was a good thing that I called or otherwise the order would've sat unfilled. The mats arrived pretty quickly by FedEx.”

I had my 5 and 3 year old kids with me, they loved looking at the toy cars at the service counter and all the wall + ceiling decorations (including a working stoplight). Super fast and friendly service, and my kids were entertained the whole time. Highest recommendation for Santa Barbara Smog Shop!”
