“My daughter, at school, needed a new alternator and battery for her car. Usually I would replace them but not an option as the car was at school. She called around the UCSB area for quotes. Fast Lane's quote was hundreds less than the others she got so she took it there. Danny in the Goleta location was a damn rock star! He replaced the alternator, at the quoted price, and then suggested that the battery be replaced, not at his shop, but at Costco. He recognized the battery still had warranty life left on it (he was correct - new battery cost $20 at Costco with warranty credit). In this day and age to find a shop and mechanic that does right by a college kid? A shop that you can absolutely trust to handle maintenance on your daughter's car? How much is that worth? Priceless. Danny & Fast Lane...very well done gentlemen. You have my gratitude and future business.”

I decided to stay and wait since I am retired and could and my car was done in a couple hours. Great service and great people.
