“Very honest shop. I was referred by a friend when I needed some work done on my car and didnt want to have to pay a fortune for it. Prices are very reasonable and the first thing he did when I came to pick my car up was show me the old parts that needed to be replaced and what was wrong with them. Being a woman I VERY much appreciated this being that women seem to get ripped off a lot more due to the fact that many of us don't know a lot about engines/car problems. That made me trust this shop just that much more. He also told me that a certain thing wasn't imperative that a different shop owner was trying to get me to do and telling me I REALLY needed to get it done. I feel so much better knowing I have a trustworthy place to take my car that won't break the bank. Thanks guys!”

“My daughter, at school, needed a new alternator and battery for her car. Usually I would replace them but not an option as the car was at school. She called around the UCSB area for quotes. Fast Lane's quote was hundreds less than the others she got so she took it there. Danny in the Goleta location was a damn rock star! He replaced the alternator, at the quoted price, and then suggested that the battery be replaced, not at his shop, but at Costco. He recognized the battery still had warranty life left on it (he was correct - new battery cost $20 at Costco with warranty credit). In this day and age to find a shop and mechanic that does right by a college kid? A shop that you can absolutely trust to handle maintenance on your daughter's car? How much is that worth? Priceless. Danny & Fast Lane...very well done gentlemen. You have my gratitude and future business.”

“Went to Garcia Auto Repair today for a smog check. Our first time there but we had made an appointment for 9am. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and they were kind enough to put air in our tires. We passed the smog check and paid the $65 which I think is fair. They are a family run small business so I feel good about patronizing them. I will be back soon for my oil and filter change.”
