My rating is Zero. I literally called and they placed me on hold. It was a very simple question. They didn't come back - and hung up. No one answered. No Customer Service.

This branch does not care about its customers. I just stood 30 minutes in line with no movement and they failed to tell us that their system was down. Might have been nice to know that before I wasted my time.

Chase downtown branch has gone steadily down hill with increasingly poor customer service. Came in because I had $70 fee attached for a non existent safe deposit box shuttered when the Mesa branch closed two years ago and incorrect checking monthly charge. 800 number said I had to come in personally to resolve. When I did, was told needed an appointment and couldn't just wait for banker and it would be a week. Branch Manager even refused to come out and speak to me. Odd as they can staff someone to monitor the door like a Walmart greeter yet cannot have sufficient staff. After 25+ years.... Bye bye Chase and hello locally owned bank.

With the family having accounts at several banks in town, I've noticed differences. Chase is cool - rarely is there a big line, there is some continuity with employees, and it's relatively easy to have matters looked into and one feels treated with good service. Caeser and Gustavo have years of experience at this branch - providing continuity that rarely is found at other banks in town. When $2 bills are needed, other banks can scarcely bother. Parking ie easy. These days good service is not to be taken for granted - I'm glad to have this Chase branch

Chase has yet again lost another customer. I had been a customer since 2015. I got hit with 3 overdraft fees within 24 hours totaling $102 in fees. They would not reverse them and didn't try to save me as a customer. I closed out my account and feel so relieved. Be careful with these guys.

Convenient location and customer-focused service!This bank is in the heart of downtown and is centrally located to my home. It offers a decent parking lot which is usually monitored by a security guard - this puts me at ease especially being at a bank in a densely populated area. The interior is large and appears to have many offices/cubicles to one side, though I've never ventured over to that section. I've found just about all of the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on the customer. They really do make an effort to go the extra mile. I came in about 6 months ago and asked if I could have a pen. The front greeter went to great lengths in finding their spare pens, going into three different areas of the bank to look. She eventually came out with three different types of pens - and provided me with all three! Totally unexpected but pretty cool. I appreciate how there are multiple ATM machines out front. I wish this location had a self-service interior kiosk as the other local locations do, but I will give it a pass as their lines typically aren't too long of a wait. I will be back for my banking needs!
