I used to be an avid Apple user. The design of the Apple Stores have always intrigued me. Tim Kobe and the team at 8inc have done a marvelous job simply captivating the publicIf you have a specific purpose for coming into the store make an appointment through the app ahead of time to expedite your people watching and perhaps save yourself a bit of money you hadn't planned on spending.Depending on what you're purchasing you can also use the app to check out from your phone while you're in the store. You can also make the your purchase through the app and come into the store to pick it up and get in and out.I recently had an issue with an item I was trying to return that couldn't be recognized in the system. I went past the return date. The staff had never experienced a problem like this before. Everyone was very helpful in finding a solution to the problem. I was able to call in to see if the issue has been resolved instead of having to come into the store which was extremely helpful because I live about an hour away.There's been times when I've come into the store and didn't feel like they got to me fast enough. The majority of the time that is not the case. There's multiple things you can do to streamline your time spent here. It's also not a bad place to spend a little free time if you're a tech enthusiast.

Whether you like or dislike Apple, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! The WORST experience I have EVER had inside any tech store in the United States.Matter of fact employees rudely confront you upon entrance and demand to know your intentions inside their store immediately, as if it’s some exclusive club or reservation-only establishment. After being directed to the genius bar to look into a Macbook pro malfunction, I was left sitting there alone for over 25 minutes while the employees chatted in small groups and stared at me, all doing nothing to help me or get the ball rolling on my appointment.After finally being approached by 1 employee, another stepped in and interrupted as they awkwardly passed me off to the “genius” repair technician who was utterly useless in all ways except for constantly repeating the $500 price tag of the repair he insisted was necessary to ever use the computer again. Upon asking further questions to understand what had happened to my laptop that worked perfectly fine until that same morning, the young man became increasingly agitated and dismissive, trying only to sell me the newer model rather than helping me with the computer I was there to fix. Instead of explaining the issue to me or thinking of other repair options / ideas, he just kept angrily saying “that comes out to $500” again and again.Having watched him pull the same thing on the family a few seats down from me and successfully talk them into buying a brand new computer, I was amazed how obvious it was that his only intention was to upsell and convince customers to spend unwarranted money.A day later and the computer is miraculously back to normal functionality, despite being told yesterday that I would never be able to turn it back on without spending over $500 for repairs or over $1,000 for a new model.Absolutely NO “genius” to be found here!! Only pretentious, cold-shouldered employees doing everything they can to scam you into spending another few paychecks on totally unnecessary repairs & products.Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you’re looking to spend thousands of dollars for no reason at all.

Do not buy apple care if you don’t intend to. They said you will get a full refund if cancel within 2 weeks but it’s not true…impossible to get a refund.

BEWARE!I’m a local guide so I have not ever left an unmerited 1 star and it’s publicly available that my reviews are left with full integrity and honesty. DO NOT take your Apple device purchase or repair to this Apple Store. The staff member who I know personally and privately at the store alongside one I do not know joked about how they had to at one point charge users for repairs that were not needed , and said they were going out of business so they began to convince the out of touch less tech savvy and what they refer to as “ unintelligent Apple fanboys and fangirls and elderly fees and even take laptops to the back spill water into ports and then comeBack saying it appears the laptops needed toBe repaired immediately or it couldCost so much that users would be better off upselling service fees.Be sure to askQuestionsOrAvoid this Apple Store. They have employees that I know have even swatched refurbished devices and display devices , and been fired for doing so butPeople have bought thousands of used damaged products.Don’t. Use. Their. Genius. Really bad service. The only time they seemed to know what they were doing is when it was time to take payment. Do not use this store if at all possible.

I've only been here twice. Once was for my son getting locked out of his iPhone. The man was rude to us for no reason, he seemed impatient and almost inconvenienced to help us. The second time was for my MacBook issue. They were polite but not very knowledgeable. I got better help at Mac mechanic

I drove about 45 minutes to get here, had an appointment to fix the back screen of my iPhone, but they said that with the iPhone 8, they don’t replace the back of the phone, they have to replace the whole phone…I am not in the market to buy a new phone and this should also have been said when I scheduled the appointment —because I gave the details of what type of phone it is and what the problem wasNeedless to say, I will not be going back here again. I will be looking at other options in order to fix my phone (not apple)Called in to make a complaint with the Apple complaint line, and they said they would take it very seriously, but there was nothing else that they could do…Apple, a three trillion dollar company (!!!), should definitely at least try to rectify things when this sort of thing happens, I wasted almost half a day and a bunch of gas and then they just wanted me to buy a new phone. Ridiculous.Going to write a review in BBB too

Super helpful team. Donovan helped me and my friend each get the perfect set up for an iPad. I’m a creative, so I have high standards when it comes to finding the right tools for my projects. Donovan was an attentive listener, and super knowledgeable. I was so excited to get my iPad and its accessories, and couldn’t have done it without this supportive team member. Thank you, Apple State Street!

I love this store for many reasons - location, layout, great staff in back of the store, HOWEVER, there is a big young white guy that wears a Covid mask that works the front of the store - he is aggressive and non-friendly. He is the exact opposite of what you want as your "greeter" at the front door. He is so off-putting, he literally grabs my phone out of my hand and begins spouting off what he thinks I want to know, instead of talking to me like another human. He seems to be there every time I go so I guess I will traveling out of town for future Apple Store visits. So unfortunate.

I got there late because we couldn’t find parking so we were 15 min late and they made us wait 1 hour because I was late just for them to tell us we don’t have the parts to repair ur phone because supposedly the battery died I’ve had the phone less than a year u telling me the battery died already?? I’ve had so many problems with this phone I made that clear to them I told the guy I don’t want this phone it’s giving me so Many problems I have insurance I can’t get a replacement phone? He said no and I was like whatever I left to t mobile and they helped me they gave me free iPhone and said that phone came defective with close inspection they were so nice but that’s so embarrassing of apple.

Terrible phone service. Demonstrates an inept management . This is my 2nd attempt in 8 years to use this Apple Store.Supposedly this is a very slack time in the store yet a 25 minute hold on telephone is my experience.Unquestionable a very bad apple and all I want is an appointment.
