I've only been here twice. Once was for my son getting locked out of his iPhone. The man was rude to us for no reason, he seemed impatient and almost inconvenienced to help us. The second time was for my MacBook issue. They were polite but not very knowledgeable. I got better help at Mac mechanic

Seriously why so many questions and asking me for an ID to buy my products? These are $1100+ purchases can we just have less suspicious behavior for a customer?? A paying, customer.

Didn’t wanna give me a replacement phone even tho I have insurance and I went to t mobile and they were so much nicer and got me a free iPhone cus of my insurance.
