“Worked with Jose and he was amazing he explained everything in great detail and helped us step by step to and made sure to double check. The service José gave us was beyond like I said everything well explained and double checked. Jose also helped us and took us to the ATM to show us how everything worked. I would recommend Jose to other customers that want to take out a credit/Debit card. The bank looked extravagant very clean and well kept.”

“When I come into SAFCU, I am always treated with respect and I dont have to wait. But when I had a problem with my credit card and tried to report it on the toll free number, I was waiting on a call loop and never got any help. I think it is important to be able to reach someone right away to report a problem, such as a stolen card or fraud. I really think there is room for improvement in this area.”

“Had to use the 17th street Santa Ana branch a few times and on multiple occasions was fortunate enough to get help from Dominique Abadiness. Rarely does someone go so far above and beyond as she has. Between her fast typing, diligent reviews and thoughtful guidance, she is on it! She even typed up and printed a series of wire transfer request forms, without me even asking, because she knew it would save me time and possibility of error. If you go here and need a new account or wire transfer, ask for Dominique... trust me.”

“This is a small BofA where it has ATM's and places where you can go to talk to bank personnel via video conferencing. It gives you an option to do your banking without having to go to a regular bank branch. I come here all time for my withdrawals or deposits. It is not 24 Hrs as it does close around 11 PM, but it open at 6 AM and you don't have to be outside to get your money. Last, you can only access entry if you have a bank card as it has security doors that give a bit increased security as someone can just walk up to you and rob you.”

“I came here in March to make some adjustments to my Wells Fargo account. I had an appointment. Arrived on time. But I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. It did not bother me. I was not in a hurry. An associate named Josh (imagine my surprise we share a first name) came to help me. He was nice and patient and helpful. I was confused on some of the plans, policies and fine print and whatnot, so I had to ask him to explain it to me twice, which he did without a problem. So I appreciate his patience with me.He explained to me how the reward points work and helped me cash out what I earned in rewards.It was a pleasant experience. And the employee named Josh made that possible with his patience and attendance in helping me.I'm easy to please but I give this five star customer service to the employee named Josh.”
