“This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh. I've had a few bumps in the road at FMB but they always prioritized me, fixed of the situation, and made me feel cared about. I use several different banks as that it what my businesses need. This is by far the one that takes care of me best”

First, it's finally smart and makes you take your debit card back before it dispenses your cash. I can't count the number of times in the last 30ish years I've left my card in the machine because I'm more worried about putting my money away. Second, you can get $100 bills!!! Not only that, but you can actually tell the machine HOW you want your cash. It's only $20's and $100's, but it's so nice to be able to not get a bunch of $20's if you want more than $40.”

“Westcom credit Unions are very professional, fast, fun and friendly credit Union which was a much different opinion than I had when I originally learned about them. I thought they were only there for the rich but they're not. I'm poor and they treat me just like I'm one of their customers that have lots of money”

“I recently opened a checking account with the Chase in Tustin the one here is closer to me work so it's a lot more convenient. I went there yesterday to deposit my check and Joyce helped me out and was wonderful answered all my questions. I went their today to withdrawal some cash and I was helped out by Dean he was amazing. I work in the Automotive industry and I know how important customer service is and he was Amazing made my life easy and made the trip worth. Definitely would recommend this bank. “Came in here yesterday morning where the manager opening at 9 am helped my dad and I with and acct question. Super easy to work with and even recommend a great food place since we said we were going to eat and celebrate my moms bday. He passed us over to Annie the teller who was able to help complete the transaction. Lily is the other teller that always is super helpful and always has the amount I need. They have one machine inside that I usually use to deposit my checks and can pull a certain amount from. Love this location!”

“These five stars are for Julio Hernandez. I wanted to close a safe deposit box because I live in LA and no longer need one in OC. I was stuck in traffic (of course:) and arrived at the bank at 5:57pm and there was a line. The bank closes at 6pm.At first, I was told that they can't close a safe deposit box because a manager was not on site. I pleaded because I didn't want to make the long trip again.Julio went above and beyond to help me! He even stayed about 15 minutes past closing to get this done for me.We still bank at Bank of America, but in LA. I wish Julio worked at our branch!Thanks, Julio!
