“Received 5star service on A difficult to find light switch! I am not electrician and we made a special order for the wrong item. The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”

He genuinely gives the best service he can with his customers and tries giving us the best deals available. My family and I we're originally from T mobile and he helped us throughout the process remaining patient especially with t mobile customers service line. “A long over due review and especially after two months of torture with the other phone company. Ryan saved my life because I could not understand. He was patient and kind and eventually after trying 5 times I finally have a phone. Must wear a mask and it is a crusty corner and the actual shop is pretty plain. “My A1708 Macbook Pro's USB-C component stopped working. I originally took it to the South Coast Apple for repair. The Apple store charged me $500 and needed 5 business days for the repair. A few days after I dropped it off, I got an email claiming since my hard drive was a third party part (I switched it out for a 1TB hard drive), they needed another $1000 to replace the USB-C component. I rejected the offer and told them to ship it back to me.
After I got it back, I went online and sent out a few RFQs to repair my computer. Abarely not only replied within an hour, they were the only ones to reply. I took the computer in and they fixed it after 24 hours, and costed much less than what Apple wanted. Will definitely be back for future repairs! Highly recommend.”
