“Okay I'm gonna out myself here; I have never been in a micro center. I had no idea what to expect. Like no expectations at all. I just knew that we needed a mount for my tv and my partner suggested we go to micro center. I found one on Yelp and off we went. This store is huge. I had no idea it would be this big. This is the place for all your electronic needs. Seriously they have all the devices and gadgets. A good amount of the electronics, I didn't even know what they were lol I'm outing myself really hard here lol But it seems like it's a one stop shop for any technology needs. Service was good, the customer service was nice. If you need help finding something, they are willing to help. And I found the mount that fits my tv. Yes! Score. Worth the trip.”

“First off, this is by far the BEST 7-Eleven I’ve ever visited. Luis is absolutely AMAZING. He super helpful, including the other employees. The shelves, coolers and giant coffee bar are always stocked and they have lots of cool stuff. The ambience is always upbeat and friendly. Good vibes! I totally would have rated them 10 stars, but Google only lets me choose 5!! Keep up the AWESOME work!!!!”

“My phone screen broke and was unable to back it up. Met with Joe who helped put a temporary screen on so I could back up the phone. The backup was huge and thus took a few hours. Joe was very patient and knowledgeable. He stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure everything was done. When I took the phone home that evening, I screwed up the backup process and so when I went back to the shop the next morning, Joe was again very accommodating and after working with me for a couple of more hours we were finally able to backup all of our photos. Joe was a lifesaver!”

“I was pleasantly surprised how effective and wonderful the service I received in this store. David Ortiz was very helpful, he didn't rush (unlike the rep in the other T-Mobile store), he looked into the matter carefully and diligently, and solved it in less than 10 min. Our issue was that the primary account holder in our family plan wasn't set correctly. It's not T-Mobile's fault, it was because we swapped the numbers, and the primary account holder role is attached to that number.”

“I like this target because it is big and has a good selection of items. It's a clean store and the workers are usually very nice and helpful. I hadn't been clothes shopping in a while. I went to get some socks, underwear, and t-shirts and was surprised to find that all the cheap Target brand and Hanes undergarments were locked up. I pushed the button but no human arrived to unlock the case after waiting for 10 minutes, so I left and bought it online. What has this world come to where you need to lock up a $2 pair of bun hugs. Sheesh!”

“food court is the best. my favorite is the hotdogs, my boyfriend usually gets the pizza and we just come here for lunch and a Costco date. The only downside is, when you come in for food- you cant sit down you have to walk all the way back outside and eat and then come back in for shopping. I guess you could do the other way around but i feel like it would be more convenient to have an eating area like other Costco's do. other than that i LOVE Costco its my favorite place to be.”

“I love going to different 7 Eleven stores to buy Lotto tickets as well as scratcher tickets. All I can say is, this 7 Eleven is always clean. Nothing special either, it's like all 7 Eleven stores with the liquor, candy, snacks, condoms, etc. If you are ever a bir tipsy from a party, you should come by and stop for mineral water.”

“This Best Buy has been remodeled and existed at the same location for as long as I can remember the Tustin Market Place. I generally refrain from browsing in the store as it is much easier to shop online and then do pick-up at the location. My experience with the pick-ups have been positive, as they offer in-store pick up or convenient pick ups from their self-help lockers. Recently, I visited the store in order to do an Apple watch trade-in. The associate helping me was nice but my Apple watch was low on battery and needed to be charged in order to unpair and complete the trade in. I ended up stopping by near the cellphones where another associate was kind enough to lend me an Apple watch charger to get some extra juice. Unfortunately, even with the charging, unpairing was taking way too long and I decided to go home without completing the trade-in.The next day, I decided to return and unpaired my watch beforehand in order to expedite the trade-in process. I was specifically helped by Briana, who was extremely helpful and courteous with the trade-in process as well as my follow up questions (such as if the Black Friday deals would be applicable to in-store items). Although the day before I felt it was a bit of a headache to attempt a trade-in, the efficient service from returning the following day made me appreciate returning into the store. Best Buy's trade in for the Apple watch was more than Apple's own trade in, which is the reason why I felt it would be more worthwhile to stop by the store. Glad that this location is still around and definitely worth a visit.”

“Primary camera down. Needed quick fix. No time to ship to Sony for a $550 minimum and 11 day turnaround. Was referred to A1International Video and TV. Since I was in such a tight time crunch to use the camera, the service tech told me to bring it in and he'd fix it while I waited. That's the type of excellent customer service that this company was apparently built on. I know two camera operators who have used A1 for many years. It's clear to me that building a solid relationship with a client is of paramount value at A1. The camera works perfectly. But what about prices? IT WAS MUCH LESS THAN I EXPECTED.Ten Stars to A1. “These guys know their product! Best experience every time I go to Howard's as no other retailer can match their depth of product, price point and professional product personnel. Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for TV's, appliances, BBQ grills, mattresses and many other household products, pay them a visit at their Tustin location.”
