“Worked with Jose and he was amazing he explained everything in great detail and helped us step by step to and made sure to double check. The service José gave us was beyond like I said everything well explained and double checked. Jose also helped us and took us to the ATM to show us how everything worked. I would recommend Jose to other customers that want to take out a credit/Debit card. The bank looked extravagant very clean and well kept.”

But when I had a problem with my credit card and tried to report it on the toll free number, I was waiting on a call loop and never got any help. I think it is important to be able to reach someone right away to report a problem, such as a stolen card or fraud. I really think there is room for improvement in this area.”

Rarely does someone go so far above and beyond as she has. Between her fast typing, diligent reviews and thoughtful guidance, she is on it! She even typed up and printed a series of wire transfer request forms, without me even asking, because she knew it would save me time and possibility of error. If you go here and need a new account or wire transfer, ask for Dominique... trust me.”

“The banker Steve Soloro is amazing. The whole staff is very accommodating even when it's a Saturday, almost closing time, they helped us with our bank transaction that needed to be done. We work Monday to Friday and we don't have a way of doing it on a weekday. Thank you.”
