“My A1708 Macbook Pro's USB-C component stopped working. I originally took it to the South Coast Apple for repair. The Apple store charged me $500 and needed 5 business days for the repair. A few days after I dropped it off, I got an email claiming since my hard drive was a third party part (I switched it out for a 1TB hard drive), they needed another $1000 to replace the USB-C component. I rejected the offer and told them to ship it back to me.
After I got it back, I went online and sent out a few RFQs to repair my computer. Abarely not only replied within an hour, they were the only ones to reply. I took the computer in and they fixed it after 24 hours, and costed much less than what Apple wanted. Will definitely be back for future repairs! Highly recommend.”
