“I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and I love it so much. I prefer to workout at a place close to my house but I make the 15 min drive here 4-5x times a week. I even get up for the 5 am classes (with 2 young kids sleep is a luxury for me).Besides being able to punch a bag for 45 min the best part of this gym? All the coaches-Cat, Drea, Ben, Joseph, Alyssa, and Tyson!! They are all so wonderful and so helpful. They all even come in to take classes on their off days. They have so much joy doing teaching the classes.Try a free class! You won’t regret it.”

“Beware!!! This place is highly addicting. Seriously you guys. Like many of you I would much rather stay in bed in the morning, but there is something that pulls me out of bed to make it to class. The music is loud, the lights are dim coaches are more like friends and the workouts are TOP NOTCH. Feels more like a party. Forget you’re even working out… Until three days later and you can’t walk. Haha!”
“Took my 9-year-old son and signed him up for batting lessons. Very helpful staff the owner was nice and very helpful. This place is a must for kids who love baseball.”
“I like the fact that it’s 24/7, I think, but I took a peak in there and oh man talk about blast from the past. It looks like a lot of the equipment is from the early 90’s, but I guess if it gets the job done who cares right?”

“Joined months ago but due to it being over crowded most of the day I took a break. I started going again recently and I agree with the other reviews. The staff is SUPER friendly… amazingly so. Still, there seems to lack of maintenance and routine cleaning for a gym. The saunas are always broken or filthy which may be a deal breaker. There’s not a lot of gyms in this little town. While this one could use some upgrades I still think it’s better than the others I toured.”

“Joined with the silver sneakers program Anna, at the desk went above and beyond to make the process so easy. I have noticed all staff cleaning the equipment on a regular basis. A wide range of cardio and strength equipment, overall a great experience.”

“For the most part it’s clean and that not to the employees fault it’s some of the members.LOVE the classes!! The instructors are very talented, friendly and enthusiastic.Their hours are super reasonable. I do wish that they would open up the kids care again. Other then that I’m happy with my choice of gym.”
“I’m not one to write reviews but this gym deserves it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the gym pretty much has every thing you could want or need. The manager was really sweet the first time I came in and gave me a tour! He answered all my questions and really made me feel welcomed. I definitely recommend! :)”

I met with Isaiah in the Sanger location and i have to say he is really awesome, he showed me around the gym and explained what they are for and comfortable enough to ask for help if needed.
