“Best gym in Selma. Not your typical franchise gym but your local mom n pop gym. Everyone is friendly and really keeps to themselves. You can focus on your own workouts without any of the social pressures most gyms have it's an IRON gym. A small section for cardio like treadmills and bikes but the rest of the gym is weight heaven with plenty of options to customize your own workouts. It's on the smaller side of gyms but you won't notice when you're in the zone.”
