They seem to actually care about the customers which is so rare today. Many stores in this current culture act like they’re doing you a favor and bring their own negativity to their job.That’s not the case at all at my RiteAid Coronado. It’s still has a small town vibe and you know you’re welcome anytime. How rare is that?”

“We haven't had Thrifty's in a long while My niece was visiting so we were a hunt a small desk And after it being hot I wanted to treat to Ice Cream So she didn't want paletas Thrifty's was the place. We waited but that was fine only 2 cashiers And person who help us had to tell a customer I'am sorry they've been waiting for a while And we were. I was glad something was said I thanked the her. She was nice, quick and she had a system First many scoops 2 each scoops Pistachio Pecan Pralines Then Cheese Cake flavor's Coconut Pineapple We had out Ice Cream cups and we were off It's was hot day so by the I got home it was melting”

“THANK YOU! I went in with a severe ear infection and my prescription was immediately filled. I laid my head on the table and put the ear drops in right away. While I was laying there she gave me water and tissues and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. When I went to leave she grabbed a bottle of IB Profen off the shelf and insisted I take it even though I offered to pay for it. These are the kind of good people you want to see their business succeed. I'll be back.”

“I will always prefer this local, friendly pharmacy to the big chain stores. The people are so caring and kind. They communicate with you, greet you by name and are very efficient. In particular I would like to give a shout out to Meredith who was instrumental in making sure I got my medication when all others had failed. There was some mix/up with a pre- authorization and my insurance. I had been waiting for more than a week for it to be straightened out. I was in pain. Meredith took my cause on and saw it through to the end. She made several (many) calls on my behalf, checked other pharmacies, told me about GoodRx.Com and finally was able to get my prescription filled. She went way above and beyond! She was determined to solve my problem. She is an amazing human and employee! Thank you Meredith!!!”

“Where to start with this Pharmacy. The staff here is top notch in my books . No one likes to take a bunch of meds but coming here to get the meds is like coming to your family when you do . They treat you like family and not just another person picking up medication. When I call in meds they already know who I am by just hearing my ( Country Voice) . This place tells you about co pays that don't seem right with your insurance and try to get the help to fix the co pay that is incorrect. The pharmacy is small but very well organized. Can't rave enough about the service I have gotten from this place . Need a new pharmacy give this place/ staff a chance .”

“We had an excellent experience with Lyons Pharmacy and the service provided by Rick. We were having issues with our local Rite Aid pharmacy verifying our insurance. Called Lyons and Rick was able to help transfer our prescription, get it filled, and didn't have any of the issues with the insurance. “Compared to other CVS locations in San Diego - this is by far the cleanest and well organized location I have ever walked into. They offer merchandise that other locations do not carry. I can shop peacefully, not worry about the products I love being locked away behind a glass case. The manager is a stellar individual with great customer service. I made the mistake of setting down my COVID test that I had paid for at the pharmacy and was charged for it. However, returns on COVID test are not possible. I was offered store credit or the reward dollar thing (part of the CVS rewards program). It was my fault and in no way the sales associates. They were super kind about it and honestly I'm happy regardless. I've never used my coupons and learned you cannot use them towards alcohol and that's a bummer. It's okay though lol. Overall my experience was great and I had to circle the isles because of how nice this place was on a Thursday night. The pharmacy associate though could use some training on customer service. He did not look happy and I didn't get a thank you/you're welcome exchange.”

Dr. Giovanni was INCREDIBLY helpful, and found out I had 4 duplicate accounts with different addresses, he found my doctor had entered my birthday wrong which is why my prescriptions weren’t showing up. He took the time to merge all of my accounts together so I can get my medications easier next time. No other employee at the other CVS was willing to help me or even look into why I was having my problem. Thank you so much Dr. Giovanni!”
