“We had an excellent experience with Lyons Pharmacy and the service provided by Rick. We were having issues with our local Rite Aid pharmacy verifying our insurance. Called Lyons and Rick was able to help transfer our prescription, get it filled, and didn't have any of the issues with the insurance. From our first phone call to Rx in-hand was less than 2 hours- and on a Saturday! Thank you for the fantastic experience- highly recommend this pharmacy!”

“Best customer service ever!! I’ve had problems with another CVS not having my prescriptions that I verified were there. Dr. Giovanni was INCREDIBLY helpful, and found out I had 4 duplicate accounts with different addresses, he found my doctor had entered my birthday wrong which is why my prescriptions weren’t showing up. He took the time to merge all of my accounts together so I can get my medications easier next time. No other employee at the other CVS was willing to help me or even look into why I was having my problem. Thank you so much Dr. Giovanni!”

“I called around to several CVS stores to ask if they could print out large format photos until I finally found this location (380 East H Street in Chula Vista). I lucked out, they had a sale, and I used my Extra Care Plus Rewards to score an amazing deal! When I went to pick them up, Teresa, who doesn't work in the photo department graciously helped me out. My pictures turned out stunning, looking like they came from a professional studio. CVS only gets 4 stars because I had to call around to find this one. I will be sending more pictures to this location.”

“I'm going to keep this review short and sweet. I've not had a bad experience here. I think I've shopped here once or twice but I primarily deal with the pharmacy. When I did come to shop I needed help bit times and was helped with a smile and the employee walked me over to the item I was looking for. To me, that's great customer service.The pharmacy staff is really nice. When there is a long like the staff doesn't just look at it and put their heads down, they jumó on a register and get to helping. A few times I've shown up right after the RX was called in and the wait was no longer than 15 minutes. Now, I use their app and text messaging system when it comes to filling my prescriptions and it makes things super easy. My RX is usually filled within the hour it was called in and I get an app and text notification. I usually have shied away from big box pharmacies because it's a less personal experience but this pharmacy reminds me of the small retail pharmacies. The employees at this CVS pharmacy are personable. They remember me (not sure if that's a good thing) and they get me in and out with a quickness.”

“I have been here about 5 times since moving to San Diego. Our primary is on East Palomar but when I need urgent care, we come here. Most of the time the wait is very reasonable (45 min-2 hours) but they call and update you. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about symptoms and what to do. All times we've gone, our prescriptions were sent over quickly and correctly.”
“I forgot to call in my husband's blood thinner meds and he was out of refills. I went to the pharmacy the Saturday before Christmas to see if they could advance a few pills until Tuesday. I've had to do this once before and the pharmacist gave me a hard time. That was a different pharmacy crew. The pharmacist this time, Aya, was extremely understanding and advanced a couple of pills. She didn't make a big deal out of it or scold me for not calling it in earlier. I was a pharmacy tech for 30 years and Aya would have been a joy to work with.”

The first Walgreens was out of the medication, and it would take a day to order it. But, the pharmacy staff member I spoke to offered to call this Walgreens and have them fill the prescription. “This review is for the photo department! I've been developing my disposable camera films at Walgreens for about 2 years now (~2-3 times at this location) and never had a problem. However, this most recent time, I guess there's been a compatibility problem with fiji film cameras ... so I received the hard copies of my photos but not the CD that it usually came with. Mark (one of the managers) was very helpful and thorough in explaining the situation to me. Walgreens had photo scanners that I was able to use to scan my photos to a CD. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to scan all of them as I had to head out for work. However, Mark took it upon himself to individually scan my photos and had my CD ready for pickup the next day. Just wanted to say THANK YOU MARK for your patience and kindness ... truly appreciate your help you're the best !!”
