There were so many hurdles that could have delayed her appointment. Additionally, because RiteAid Pharmacy is open one hour earlier than Walgreens, it really helped our situation.”

“We haven't had Thrifty's in a long while My niece was visiting so we were a hunt a small desk And after it being hot I wanted to treat to Ice Cream So she didn't want paletas Thrifty's was the place. We waited but that was fine only 2 cashiers And person who help us had to tell a customer I'am sorry they've been waiting for a while And we were. I was glad something was said I thanked the her. She was nice, quick and she had a system First many scoops 2 each scoops Pistachio Pecan Pralines Then Cheese Cake flavor's Coconut Pineapple We had out Ice Cream cups and we were off It's was hot day so by the I got home it was melting”

“Easy to get your refills. Fill out the information online and they will have it ready in four hours. Every time I go pick up medicine, they always have it ready. The wait is not so long, you can be out of there in less than 10 minutes.”

“Where to start with this Pharmacy. The staff here is top notch in my books . No one likes to take a bunch of meds but coming here to get the meds is like coming to your family when you do . They treat you like family and not just another person picking up medication. When I call in meds they already know who I am by just hearing my ( Country Voice) . This place tells you about co pays that don't seem right with your insurance and try to get the help to fix the co pay that is incorrect. The pharmacy is small but very well organized. Can't rave enough about the service I have gotten from this place . Need a new pharmacy give this place/ staff a chance .”
“I use their pharmacy. Good friendly service they also have more self check out stations, they have Thrifty ice cream bar. The only problem for me is when we want ice cream we always have to find someone to help us. There's never anyone working at the Ice cream bar and i Always feel bad for the clerk to have to leave her register and customers to come serve ice cream. Other than that it's a pretty good convenience store.”

“I will always prefer this local, friendly pharmacy to the big chain stores. The people are so caring and kind. They communicate with you, greet you by name and are very efficient. In particular I would like to give a shout out to Meredith who was instrumental in making sure I got my medication when all others had failed. There was some mix/up with a pre- authorization and my insurance. I had been waiting for more than a week for it to be straightened out. I was in pain. Meredith took my cause on and saw it through to the end. She made several (many) calls on my behalf, checked other pharmacies, told me about GoodRx.Com and finally was able to get my prescription filled. She went way above and beyond! She was determined to solve my problem. She is an amazing human and employee! Thank you Meredith!!!”

“I'm going to keep this review short and sweet. I've not had a bad experience here. I think I've shopped here once or twice but I primarily deal with the pharmacy. When I did come to shop I needed help bit times and was helped with a smile and the employee walked me over to the item I was looking for. To me, that's great customer service.The pharmacy staff is really nice. When there is a long like the staff doesn't just look at it and put their heads down, they jumó on a register and get to helping. A few times I've shown up right after the RX was called in and the wait was no longer than 15 minutes. Now, I use their app and text messaging system when it comes to filling my prescriptions and it makes things super easy. My RX is usually filled within the hour it was called in and I get an app and text notification. I usually have shied away from big box pharmacies because it's a less personal experience but this pharmacy reminds me of the small retail pharmacies. The employees at this CVS pharmacy are personable. They remember me (not sure if that's a good thing) and they get me in and out with a quickness.”

“Compared to other CVS locations in San Diego - this is by far the cleanest and well organized location I have ever walked into. They offer merchandise that other locations do not carry. I can shop peacefully, not worry about the products I love being locked away behind a glass case. The manager is a stellar individual with great customer service. I made the mistake of setting down my COVID test that I had paid for at the pharmacy and was charged for it. However, returns on COVID test are not possible. I was offered store credit or the reward dollar thing (part of the CVS rewards program). It was my fault and in no way the sales associates. They were super kind about it and honestly I'm happy regardless. I've never used my coupons and learned you cannot use them towards alcohol and that's a bummer. It's okay though lol. Overall my experience was great and I had to circle the isles because of how nice this place was on a Thursday night. The pharmacy associate though could use some training on customer service. He did not look happy and I didn't get a thank you/you're welcome exchange.”
