He never tries to upsell unnecessary services. He gave me a straightforward, neutral perspective without pushing me in either direction.
If you're looking for a mechanic who lures you in with a low estimate only to surprise you later with unexpected charges, this is not that place. Kevin is upfront, reliable, and trustworthy.
Over the years, he serviced multiple vehicles for me and even helped me purchase a new car. If I still lived in the area, I would not hesitate to go back.
The only con is that they are busy which is a byproduct of several years of goodwill.”
