“I would go 5 stars but not until the get rid of the 2 maybe 3 young people at the front desk. They are super rude and seem to have the stereotypical entitled young person syndrome. Watching what seemed like social media videos and not wanting to be bothered by annoying customers.. They were very short with us when they did interact, stimulated by us the customer, and once we were in there obviously looking at handles and could have used some help they didn't engage at all.. Sure we could have asked for help, but this was after we had learned that these folks were only going to get annoyed if we did.. so we left.. We've also had these notably bad interactions with these people on the phone as well.. maybe they are the owners kids and that's why they act the way they do..
Liz is great, if you go there and Liz isn't there and your only option is one of these useless people then turn around and go somewhere else or come back when Liz is there..”

“Best local nursery! I love going into the San Ramon Ace garden center to see what new plants they have. I find that variety, quality and value of thier plants be so much better than the other 2 local nurseries. And the staff is so friendly, knowlegeable, and available! It is a joy to shop there. I also appreciate that they are happily willing to find/order something they don't have in stock.”
