“As a driver, this is my absolute favorite place to go for pit stops in the area! This store one of THE cleanest and MOST organized I've been to and I drive all over the Bay Area. The restroom is ALWAYS clean and the staff are ALWAYS super friendly!! Love the selection of drinks and snacks! I signed up for the rewards program and got a king size bag of M&Ms and an additional chocolate bar for FREE!!”

“Today we stopped the 7-Eleven on Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from each staff member. As I started to walk around, I noticed that this 7-Eleven had some fantastic deals. From discounted snacks and slurpees to great prices on energy drinks and hot food items, there was something for each of us. I couldn't believe how much money I was able to save on my purchases compared to other places. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Mike and his team. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed and even offered suggestions for products that I might like based on my potential purchases that we had in our hands. Additionally, the store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. We appreciated the convenience of being able to grab a quick snack or drink on-the-go, and the fact that the store was super clean and organized was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks Mike and Team :) Overall, my experience at Mike's 7-Eleven in San Ramon was top-notch. “Good gas station on the not so busy road. Easy to pull over. Free air at Chevron is what I love the most ! Although there could be some confusion along with to and fro in an and out of the store to have the staff start the Air machine. It got shut off pretty soon when we were not finished.”
“5 Stars – Hardworking and Dedicated Staff
I’ve been coming to the Walgreens pharmacy on Windemere Parkway in San Ramon for the past three years, and the employees here are incredibly hardworking and dedicated. Any shortcomings are due to Walgreens’ system, not the staff.
The pharmacy team consistently does their best to get prescriptions ready as quickly as possible, despite the overly optimistic estimates provided by the Walgreens app. For example, my doctor sent in a prescription, and the app said it would be ready in an hour—realistically, that’s just not enough time given the volume of prescriptions they handle. Even when things are delayed, the staff makes every effort to get your medication to you as soon as they can.
While I don’t think Walgreens as a company is particularly well-run, and their IT systems leave a lot to be desired, the people at this location genuinely care about their customers. They work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and for that, they absolutely deserve five stars.”
“This location is under new management. The store is clean and well stocked. It is in a nice location with plenty of parking and close to local restaurants. Service is friendly. I will come back and recommend you to come if you're in the area.”

“Great customer service. Asha the pharmacist, goes above and beyond to make sure my 93-year old mom's prescriptions are available and ready for pickup when you need them. She would go out of her way to help us out just to make sure if the prescriptions are covered under my mom's insurance. Very accomodating! Friendly staff too! I would highly recommend this place. :)”
“5 stars for Benton the pharmacist ~he is always cheery, says 'hi' even if he is busy filling orders. He knew my name on (about) the second time I was doing a pick-up!!! (I guess now I am a regular. I would say, I am staying at CVS IS BECAUSE OF BENTON. ~unfortunately, I am not as good with names, but the pretty Indian lady is so sweet & helpful as well Thank You, both ,(laurie). ----------- Two-to-three stars for the main part of the store. Fifty/fifty if you get a 'nice' customer service employee. The two guys-management were very-very nice; there is a new female manager that was totally rude & needs some classes on being polite!!!(3/13/'23 @ 4:04) Also, some items are extremely overpriced... Where others are just a little pricey... but that's what happens at a convenient store”

“It's nice a bright, big box store, but it doesn't have to be since it has a better selection of beer to chose from. I'm glad they have a good selection of Alvarado Street sours to choose from here and some stouts that I can't find anywhere else. The freezers with beer were calling out to me haha. Another great place to buy craft beer in the Bay Area. It's a bit of a drive for me, but one that's worth it.”
