Rude , unhelpful and y respectful customer service. I came to do a transaction, the says was down I tried to explain something she cut full twice in less than 12 seconds and did not let me finish one sentence

Absolute horrible experience, 14 people In line, 1 bank teller. Absolutely worst customer experience ever. Do NOT waste your time. If I could give half a star I would, 7 people in cubicles, 1 bank teller. Absolutely HORRABLE, WILL be CHANGING BANKS ASAP.

Bank of America sucks. Period.If you do need to do business here. Stay away from Niloofar, rookie banker.The manager here Kim is also terrible. She will talk to you in an open lobby about your business and offer no real assistance.This bank apparently will issue cashiers check without signatures.
