It was extremely crowded and we drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot. I didn't get to use very many weight machines due to how crowded the gym was.

Despite some negative reviews, I find this gym to be the best in the Tri-Valley area. The staff here are friendly, and the gym boasts a wide variety of machines. Additionally, they offer numerous classes led by top-notch instructors. I'll definitely continue to use this gym for my regular workouts.
