The amount of attention, knowledge and dedication is one thing, but to offer all that and more in an uplifting way is unprecedented. “I’m a long time F-45er who visited the studio from out-of-town with some friends and family for a few workouts. The trainers and studio are absolutely fantastic. The environment is super welcoming, a truly judgement-free zone for all! The studio itself is very spacious and clean with multiple bathrooms and with showers! Highly recommend you come check it out ?”

“This place is amazing! The environment is very warm and inclusive, and the people are incredibly supportive. With the help of coach Ty, I was able to achieve some amazing results in just four months - I lost 27 pounds, completed a challenging fitness program called "75 hard," climbed a rope for the first time, and improved my endurance in ways I never thought possible. Coach Ty guided me not only in my physical training but also in my nutrition and mental wellness, which has had benefits far beyond just my workouts. I attend two sessions per week, and with coach Ty's guidance, I have been able to make incredible progress in my overall fitness and well-being.”

“Mr. Robert Holland has been instrumental in the development of my nephew, CJ, who plays both football and baseball. His sprint speed increased 3 mph in 4 months. Best money I ever spent! If your athlete wants to get bigger, stronger and faster-- look no further. You have found the best trainer in the Bay Area.”

“Club sport is a great club. There are a lot of great amenities and service here. They have a lot of resources that they provide for the customers. The whole place itself is very clean and organized. They have fitness equipment that are all new and a basketball gym with 2 full courts. They have a pool, tennis courts, and a spa. The locker rooms have showers and saunas that are separated to male and female lockers. It is a good place to hangout as well and relax. It is not super packed and has a decent amount of cardio machines as well. The only thing is that there is not a ton of machines and gym equipment than others gyms that are fully for working out, but it has everything you need to get a good workout. It is quite pricey so you'll need to see if the price is worth it to you if you want to join.”

“Great entertaining fitness. I love the programming, provided coaching support and mixture of exercises. You just show up and have a hour of cross fit training. You don’t need to thing about what to do, which machine to use, etc,The biggest issue so far - OTF can't connect your smartwatches -not Apple nor Garmin, to their monitors and app, so in order to use their heart monitoring they push to buy their custom heart monitoring watches. And their heart sensor doesn't work with my body, unlike Apple Watches, which works perfectly...”

“This review is solely for personal training - I can get into my elevated taste in bougie gyms in another review...I have been a member of Equniox pre-pandemic and beyond - but took a huge break and rejoined in December of 2022, actively started going in February. One of the perks of when you sign up -- you are offered a complimentary Personal Training session and the PT manager will intro you to a PT for an assessment. Unfortunately, the orignial trainer I was paired with went on personal leave, was looking forward to training with her... sorry Mark haha BUT I did end up doing an assessment with Mark Perry - and now have completed about 5 weeks of personal training. Working with Mark has been a great experience - also this has been the longest I have worked with a trainer (and homegirl has worked with A LOT of trainers). As someone who is very involved in chaotic group fitness environments (Barry's, SoulCycle etc) my form is horrrribllee and is probably why I had so many injuries. Mark has taken the time to do lots of form checks, tailored a program to meet my fitness goals, as well as left me with knowledge on how to confidently weight train on my own, and a BONUS he's taken the time to answer my random questions about lifting that I see on TikTok (hahaha). Thanks, Mark! 110% recommend training with Mark. Each session has been super enjoyable. I leave feeling strong and have been feeling, and seeing great results. Also, any trainer that can last 5+ sessions with my chaotic, slightly whiny, self def deserves a raise haha TLDR: If you're looking for a PT, recommend Mark - not pushy with signing up, will tailor a great program for you, super knowledgeable about everything (except counting, but no one in the fitness industry can), cares about his clients and will hold you accountable (but not in like a scary way) so you can achieve your fitness goals!”

“This rating is for the corporate offices, not the gym facility. I had an issue at my local gym. Roderic "Ricky" Jackson from corporate reached out to me to help resolve the issue. I'd like to give him a big 5 stars for his professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service. He corrected my issue quickly and with a friendly attitude.”
