“For the last 10 years I have been a dealership only girl. Oil changes, tune-ups, major and minor services the whole nine yards. For all my loyalty to the dealership, when my car needed real work I was abandoned; I was told to buy a new engine or a new car at full price. A family friend told me about Neuhaus and after having gone there now with 2 separate vehicles for different major issues they have changed my entire outlook on customer service, automotive repair, and competency. With regard to their customer service, when I arrived I felt immediately taken care of, there was no unnecessary waiting, there was no red tape, and everyone was on top of their game doing what they do best. I really got the feeling that they were there for me...not the paycheck. I'm not a mechanical engineer, car repair is not my thing; what I do know is women tend to get ripped off, and I'm a woman. At the dealership, I felt I had to take their word at face value; if they told me something was wrong I had to believe them. Neuhaus on the other hand, provided regular updates on the progress, findings, and even sent me pictures to help me understand what they were talking about. An attendant telling me a bypass valve is corroded vs an attendant showing me a picture of a corroded bypass valve and telling me I might want to get that fixed are 2 different things entirely. The epitome of the Neuhaus experience, however, is Suzanne! She is amazing. Knowledgeable, honest, and unwavering in her due diligence to serving the customers. As a woman I am really happy I found a place with another woman with her experience, her expertise, and her desire to see the best outcome for her customers. Her level of competence is unmatched, not only in the automotive industry, but across the board. “We took my 2016 BMW in because all the sensor lights light up. We'd just had a tire repaired and figured it had something to do with the wheel being removed and replaced. Nope. Rodents had had a feast again. I'm so happy that the tire service recommended A1! Unlike the dealer, which replaced every wiring harness, A1 repaired the damaged wires. My car was ready in under 24 hours. And rather than having a 5-figure insurance claim, A1 was super reasonable. We were so pleased. We're going back for our regular service on my husband's elderly Audi and my BMW. The shop is low key, hands on, diligent, professional, reasonable.”

“got recommended to Vista auto care by Toscalito tire! Arrived there and have never noticed that this was a part of town. The family that greeted me was super cozy and welcoming. I had to smog for out-of-state cars and one used big van and they were super helpful. I told them I normally go to San Rafael smog but they've been closed for like two days. I went to another smog place in Terra Linda area that only preferred the registration would be done so I ended up leaving there to try somewhere else new. These guys were super honest and told me what needed to be done and will probably return in the future if San Rafael smog is going to be closed for the uncertainty of opening again Boy do I miss that family of that managed San Rafael smog on Lisbon”
