Very nice and helpful staff! Even when they don't have an item they offer up how to get it or other options.

Prices are a little on the high side. Not very customer oriented.

Petco had a dog tag making machine (for dog's name and contact info for owner), for making nice sized metal tags to attach to dog's collar, which many other pet stores simply did not have. The price of $10.99, for the tag and the engraving of both sides of the tag, was reasonable.
