You should employ more representatives with the customer service skills that she possesses, she should be given a raise & promoted to a position to train your representatives in-store and phone representatives.She was finishing up with another client but addressed us as soon as we entered the storeOnce she was done with the other client, she introduced herself and asked our reason for the visit. She immediately started to address our needs and she didn't stop until everything was taken care of. Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by me she had to re-address some areas that were already completed on both my phone & my son's phone. She kept the same welcoming, accommodating demeanor, told me not to worry and began to correct the mishap.She was amazing, I was really impressed as she is a young new mother and most young customer service representatives that I have encountered don't have the personality, skill set, nor patience that Karla demonstrated.Once again thank you Karla and thank you AT&T for employing Karla to service your clients!!From Jacqueline Allen, a 20 year client.”
“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. And, whenever a question pops up, I am able to reach someone at their office every single time.Thank you Franklin and thank everyone else at the FTS Broadband team!”
“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“I have had Digilink for wireless internet for many years on a boat. They have been great, Bob the founder, is fantastic and responds to your needs and gives you the 411. Kristina is always super helpful and cheerful. Working from home during this past year - the internet service is critical to have and line of sight internet does just fine for a boat. Great operation!”

I waited about 20 minutes and then I was helped by Josh. He was patient, very knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not very techie, so I appreciated the patience. He explained to me the 5G internet that T-Mobile now has and I definitely am considering adding that to my plan. Each customer interaction can take a very long time, so don't go there if you're in a rush.”
“Came by because I found somebody else's phone. Unfortunately they had already changed phones, but at least they have a backup now. The guy was really nice, and made sure to get the guy on the phone and tell him his phone was there while I was at the counter. Great service!”

I came into this store and Omar recommended a great plan and Amir helped me with a smooth process. One of the best experiences starting a new line. All in all, it took about 30 minutes to be set and out the door with a new phone. I will tell others to stop by here. Thanks guys!”

I misplaced my company phone a flight, and this client was pretty difficult to work with, so I had to male sure my communication was stellar at all times. Thankfully, they got me rollin'. Yes, it took a couple of hours, but I've had that experience in all Verizon stores. I was able able to forward calls to my personal phone in the meantime while we got the new phone up and running. Whew! They saved my butt! My clients wedding was amazing and I was (and AM) the best wedding planner in her ?.”
