1:49am and door is chained and locked while it's supposed to be opened.. please address the issue

It's not open 24 hours. Currently here at 5am and the door is chained shut

Ever since the covid lockdowns, this stores hours are all over the map!- No more 24 hours, that's okay, but they seem to close at a different time every single night!
