“Yesterday I stopped at this 7-11 and saw one of the most Awesome things I've seen in a while. They had actually put out a large clear bag of hot food that probably had expired by not much time. Food that they would have otherwise had to just throw away. I made sure that I let the kid behind the counter know how Awesome this was. I was actually going to take a picture of the bag when I left the store, but by the time I had finished with my transition, a Gentleman had already sat down and started eating from the bag of food. This World DEFINITELY needs MORE of this!”

“Store is inviting to enter. Lighting bright, air temperature cool and refreshing during these recently hot and muggy summer days.Staff are pleasant and always available to greet shoppers at the counter once you enter the store.Merchandise in good stock and seasonal sales are fantastic. Just bought some yard art items yesterday at 60% off.The pharmacy is very popular and usually has several customers being served. Several staff appear to be on duty the times I've visited, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. Seating is available though and the counter staff move energetically and quickly to get any customers who are or have been waiting served. Also, they're good about alerting customers (via text message in my case) that refills have been received from my doctors' offices and when they're available for pickup. They now even deliver within a certain distance from the storeOverall. I always have positive experiences at this location. Really love my local Rite Aid store.”

“5 Star esp for Duane. I would like to say " Thank you" to Duane the Store Operations Mgr for correcting the bad customer service I received. When I called for customer service in the pain relief isle, NO ONE came to help me get the Tylenol Rapid Release I needed, in which they have locked up. I even rang for it twice still no one came to assist me! At first I thought they must be busy up front ringing up customers but that wasn't the case. When I went up there to the self check out to pay for my other items, NO customers were in line & just one employee/cashier hanging around behind the cash register. What that employee behind the cash register should have done while no customers were around or needing to check out, should have quickly come to my assistance then go back to the cash register. Thanks to Duane your store gets a 5 star ? though ALL this should go to him only. He saved your store from getting anymore lower rating and hopefully saved your jobs! Though he had to be taken away from his own job responsibility to clean up this employee's mess, he went up and beyond his normal duties to assist me and compensate me for the inconvenience and poor customer service I received. Subordinates DONT take your jobs for granted! There are a lot of people out there without jobs and contractors awaiting to be called in for more job assignments. Listen to your superiors like Duane & all other upper managements. You will go far with your jobs! ?????”

“Not a bad place at all, I stop by occasionally. There is another gas station right next door, I usually go to whichever is cheaper at the time, or depending where I am heading, many times I choose this one, if the other is too busy.Never a bad experience, the staff is friendly and helpful, every time I went I had a fun conversation w the ppl behind the register.It’s right in the hot spot on Gaffey, before getting into town, literally across from the 47fwy ramp, around the corner from the 110fwy ramp, in between the San Pedro Animal Shelter & Clinic, and DMV, Target, Home Depot. Also across from a fabulous place to it, Big Nick’s Pizza.”

“I manage my mom's prescriptions and she lives near this location so I transferred her prescriptions there about 4 years ago. I've not had a problem with her prescriptions -- maybe once but it was minor- and when I've gone into the store everyone has been pleasant. I agree it's annoying that the drive thru is closed unpredictably which is maddening as it's a little scary at night time to get out of my car but I understand that Covid and staffing issues have caused problems everywhere.I've gotten Covid vaccinations here and the staff has been nice and professional so no complaints there.The security guard is usually pleasant enough - I've been greeted nicely. I did once seen him follow some teens but he didn't harass them - just made his presence known. I can't say I've experienced any bad employees or seen them treat someone poorly so I'm kinda surprised all the negative reviews. The place is a little dirty sometimes but maybe because it's starting to age. For whatever it's worth, I've had no problems and staff is nice.”
