“Speed Lube is a great place to get a quick oil change the technician friendly. It looks like he knows what he’s doing. I think he went through through everything and a little bit more it was 100% better experience in the last place I want too next time I need the oil change more than likely I’ll go there !”

“I’ve had bad very luck with auto/ exhaust shops in the bay (I’m feminine if it matters). Najar’s did an AMAZING job, had photos of what they fixed, and charged me WELL below what other shops bill to even look at a vehicle, much less fix it. The shop’s a bit out of the way for me, but I would fully return & recommend friends. We’ll worth the drive, 10/10, for service, quality of work, and rates.”

“Ruben has come through for me every time I needed work on my car - even in an emergency. The first time I went to him I needed to get my belts and belt tensioner replaced. He gave me the option of buying my own parts or having him handle it. Note: parts have a warranty when he buys them. He was up front and honest about the work needed and quoted me less than other shops. He finished the job quickly and professionally.
A few days later one of my ignition coils went bad while driving. My motor started shaking, engine warning lights came on, and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I immediately turned around and went to BA Auto Repair. Within minutes, Ruben diagnosed the problem, showed me how to test the other 3 ignition coils and gave me advice/option of replacing the one bad coil or replacing all four. I decided to replace the one coil because it would take a day to get all four delivered. He put in a rush order for the coil and got me sorted within an hour!! He even offered to replace the other three coils at no extra charge if I decided to order them.

I recently visited Fahrenheit Auto Performance in Richmond for a brake and lamp inspection, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. It is important to make an appointment in advance for the inspection, which I found easy to do through their convenient online booking system.
Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that they accept payment via Chah, making the transaction smooth and hassle-free. The inspection itself only took about 30 minutes, which was incredibly efficient and convenient for my schedule.
The owner of Fahrenheit Auto Performance is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy, who made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain the inspection process and any recommendations for my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at Fahrenheit Auto Performance was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto services in the Richmond area. “It's kind of hidden behind this string of warehouses but once you find it and ask for help, they help you out. You should call ahead first, though. I had a mirror cover that I bought from my car dealership, but it came unpainted, just a basic hard plastic. Jack's Auto Body went ahead and painted it for me, and I picked it up 2 days later with the exact paint match to my car. And he helped me pop the piece into place on the car.”
“Nice old fashioned type auto parts store. I had a couple of rear drums resurfaced and a rear axle bearing put on. Ray did it very fast and did excellent work. Did it really fast. I'm very happy with the service.”

“This is a great location, I highly recommend them for all your fluid changes. I can’t vouch for all Oil Changers locations but the El Portal shops’s crew is on point. Taylor is very personable and a professional at what he does. He was my hood tech and when the lube tech had a minor mix up Taylor made sure it was made right and set my mind at ease. I got an oil change, automatic transmission drain and fill, and both front and rear differential fluids changed all for $222.”
“First, I want to say this place should have gotten five stars, but someone did not pay attention when removing the hub caps on my car. They cracked a bunch & lost a couple, which are not expensive but are hard to find & now my car looks ghetto. He said they were like that but I just replaced them at the first of the year since it is an older model car with only 50,000 miles. Other than this little mishap the service was good & the brakes work great. I was soo happy, until I saw the missing pieces. I called hoping they might have found them. They said they would call if they did, still no call. Wish this didn’t happen because I really appreciated the service they provided & the price was fair. :(”

“Welded my cracked rims. Wow. Only place that gave me same day service for not only one rim but two! Unfortunately, pot holes are getting worse here in the Bay Area. This is insane. About 4 months ago another one of my rims where cracked and I just purchased a new one. These guys are great! Hopefully won't see you soon!”
“My experience is always the best at this location. The young man that helped me was so sweet and helpful I wish I got his name. He offered to take my sticker and make sure all the prompts in my car were reset. Over all he made me feel sooo comfortable in the best way. “I went to have a tire installed, balanced and mounted ($20), plus to remove the locked lug that I lost the key ($10). So, I get it all done for $30. I would have bought the tire from the store had they offered it at a more reasonable price. Also, I think they give back to the community. I recommend this place and encourage you all to support local businesses.”
