“The customer service here is A-1 They are always kind, courteous, inviting, most of all honorable. There was a situation one day, where I gave them too much money, and I hadn't realized, when about to walk out, they stopped me and told me I gave them too much money, then passed me back my money. Their products are always fresh and prices are fair. The shop is neat and clean. I definitely recommend this smoke shop.”

“Great Staff! Very helpful and friendly. Prices have gone up! I always get all my daughters school uniforms here. Disappointed that they’ve discontinued the cartwheel shorts. They used to have great back to school deals but not this time around… The staff more than makes up for the price increase. A staff will always come and ask if you need help with anything if they see you with a confused look in your face. Clean restroom too!”

“I went to Foot Locker on the evening of December 12 and I was looking for a pair of high top sneakers. Unfortunately Gabi wasn't able to help me find something in my size but we were able to find a very cool black Nike zip up hoodie. It was great so the trip was not made unnecessarily. This is also owned by the Gap company so my latest online purchase was delivered from Gap. my last purchase was around $70 on sale for about $14 so it’s good to shop between seasons.”

This store is kind of small compared to the one in SJ, so many products are out of stock quickly. Usually, I just ordered in app before hand and chose to pickup in store. The process is often quick and no hassle. Just come and pick up, unless there’s a long line already.”

“In the perfumery area of Cristin Dior's department, I love shopping there because the person I'm looking for is always called (Cesar.!!!) he speaks Spanish and is super friendly. The most fascinating thing about him is that he doesn't discriminate against me because of how I look. dressed because the people who dress humble are the ones who walk to buy thank you Cesar for serving us well my husband and I every time we arrive we look for him there and if he is busy I return until he can serve us thank you for being an excellent seller and excellent person he is in the Hillsdale store”
“I am giving this store FIVE stars for one reason and one reason only...JOCELYN. My 15 year old daughter placed an online order at a mall miles from our house (it's where she found her size) and when I went to pick up the order I didn't have the order number or bar code. Jocelyn went above and beyond to locate the order and retrieve it from the locker. This saved me tons of time and mileage. I really really appreciate the fantastic customer service she provided.”

“I just left this place 12/23/23 around 10:00am-10:45 am super easy shopping with all the associates at this location. I was able to complete an exchange recieve excellent service regarding price match. The associates customer service was super nice. I don't remember their names, but they were amazing They did an amazing job making my shopping experience excellent. Customers go here instead of the Livermore location. They were there to help and make my shopping experience smooth!!”
“Coincidently, they had the exact jeans I was looking for in my size right in front of the door. It's a rather vig store and cell phone reception indicated 5G+, but speed was abysmal when trying to open the H&M app for my QR code.It's the post-holiday rush, so the fitting room line wait was lengthy, and so were the registers, but that's to be expected. Nice store overall!”
“I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”

“I had a great experience. After going 3 different occasion to see options I went on the website and found a DEAL and I got it shipped to where I was going. On the third visit I’m glad I went because an employee named Brittney helped me measure and fit what my order would feel like.
