“I stopped in here a few weeks ago to make an exchange for an item they had put on hold for me. I was greeted right away by the store associate, and even though my return was a few days old and the tag had fallen off she gladly took care of me in a fast and professional manner. Jillian also helped me pick up an online order and informed me about a few in-store deals, which helped me pick out a few more items I had my eye on. Although it’s not the closest hot topic to where I live, I’d gladly go back any day since everything I needed to do was taken care of and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. “I like Macy's in general, and this is one of the stores where I really enjoy shopping in. It's a smaller Macy's store but it has everything that you need and great selection. Numerous options of clothing, shoes, bags. This Macy's is part of the Hillsdale Mall and that makes it even more enjoyable when you can shop at other stores after you're done at Macy's. I especially like the jewelry department at this Macy's. I purchased unique pieces of jewelry here that I did not see at other Macy's stores. The store is well maintained and is in good shape and I hope will remain open for many many years. I don't want retail stores to go away, they are a great asset in our lives.”
“Great Staff! Very helpful and friendly. Prices have gone up! I always get all my daughters school uniforms here. Disappointed that they’ve discontinued the cartwheel shorts. They used to have great back to school deals but not this time around… The staff more than makes up for the price increase. A staff will always come and ask if you need help with anything if they see you with a confused look in your face. Clean restroom too!”

“Coincidently, they had the exact jeans I was looking for in my size right in front of the door. It's a rather vig store and cell phone reception indicated 5G+, but speed was abysmal when trying to open the H&M app for my QR code.It's the post-holiday rush, so the fitting room line wait was lengthy, and so were the registers, but that's to be expected. Nice store overall!”

“I only went to the store to purchase gift(s). The one thing that really stood out was that there were no black sales people there. None. I was completely confused as to why they differ from the kids footlocker when it comes to buying the cards. I was able to purchase 3 times as many cards at the kids footlocker and I was taken aback when the cashier told me that I could have a $250 gift card. I had hoped to get as many gc's as I could get but I could not. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the gift card policy so I didn't think much of it at that time. The store was well kept. it could have been a little bit tidier but oh well...”

My 15 year old daughter placed an online order at a mall miles from our house (it's where she found her size) and when I went to pick up the order I didn't have the order number or bar code. Jocelyn went above and beyond to locate the order and retrieve it from the locker. This saved me tons of time and mileage. I really really appreciate the fantastic customer service she provided.”
