Why is the rating so low? I came from another branch, they were very friendly and welcoming, my banker Ms. Wang was really professional and helped me solve all my problems. If I were to rate it, it should be seven stars, at least

This Chase branch in Pasadena is SO much better than the surrounding areas- I drove from 2 towns away and was not disappointed! Everyone was professional, courteous, timely, pleasant, and a joy to work with
