“Had a slight miscommunication with financing details but Frank in financing took care of everything, and my salesperson Austin took fantastic care of my purchase as well, everything was very transparent and no big surprises.
Encountered some issues with registration since coming from out of state that should have been taken care of on their end. I now have to process a refund for CA registration and re-register it in AZ”

“I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from Geiman Motors in the beginning of April. First off, Tom, Patrick and I can't remember the name of Tom's wife but they were all GREAT. Super friendly and courteous. Then last night my car wouldn't start. Turns out my starter went out. This part was NOT under warranty but Patrick and his pop worked with me. They took it to their mechanic and split the cost with me. That was super nice because they did not have to do this. They helped me out of the kindness of their heart.
