What a fantastic community! Dropped in for a Pilates class while traveling through town. The energy was so abundantly delicious. If I was local this would without a doubt be my new home. :)

Favorite yoga studio in town, especially the non heated studio space. Overlooking the creek with big trees it's such a gorgeous and peaceful place to practice. I love Smita, Leslie, Meg and Morgan as instructors.

This place is great! The teachers are all energetic and super attentive. The building is nice and rooms have a view. Center all together does a great job of hosting community. Plus it's conveniently smack in the middle of DT SLO.
The Center is located downtown San Luis Obispo, creekside on Higuera Street. Our center offers a retail shop and three lofty, spacious studios with beautiful views. Two studios are non-heated and one is heated using infrared heating panels which offer many health benefits. We offer over 50 classes per week ranging from relaxing gentle yoga to more strengthening Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Barre and Vinyasa. Our classes are also available online.
