This three stars is based upon an application that my business submitted for a line of credit I've had an account with Chase since 2010 in business and since 1992 personally self-employed... You can't talk to anyone they don't respond to voicemails nor to emails it's very frustrating this has been going on 3 weeks..

The person I talked to in the phone was very helpful and polite. The banker I opened a new credit card with was also super nice and helpful.
