“The Fremont Theater is iconic in San Luis Obispo and a treasured piece of history. Back when they discontinued showing movies here, a big debate ensued and the deciding vote was to keep it part of SLO's rich culture and local entertainment. Since its inception, it was a valued piece of art onto itself. The acoustics are surprisingly really good, even better than many large theaters with name acts in Los Angeles County. Super excited to see Demetri Martin, such a prized comedian! He tends to tour much larger venues, so he and his team must also be privy to this community's charmed theater. Drinks, alcoholic and sodas and popcorn for sale to bring into the theater; no outside food allowed, of course. Come, relax, and enjoy this relic while you watch your favorite entertainers!”

“Not sure who the Sushi Chef is in the Deli section but this week I bought one serving of the spicy tuna and another of the spicy California Roll. It was as good or better than anything I've had (anywhere in the state) at a restaurant. I'm not Gordon Ramsay but I know when the rice is perfectly cooked. Fresh ingredients too! Please give the Sushi Chef a raise and a promotion! Do whatever you need to do in order to keep them!! Cheers!!”
